I've never been happier about wonderful customer service as I was tonight! The two employees who were working tonight at our Dollar Tree were absolutely wonderful! I was doing an instacart order, and i had 25 minutes to pick 12 items. I was surprised and bummed out that the order contained 4 items that were balloons to be filled with helium! Remember, I had 25 minutes to complete the order before the store closed!! They not only found all the balloons for me but blew them up with helium and tied the ribbon to them, but also helped me find all the other things in the order. They were patient, so accommodating, so knowledgeable, so friendly. I absolutely loved both of them!!
Thank you so much, Ashton and Adiel, for making my shop successful and restoring my faith that great customer service still exists!

The Anthem Dollar Tree is very small (square footage), and thus, the selection of merchandise is not as nice or as plentiful as in larger Dollar Tree stores in Phoenix. On the other hand, this small location allows for quicker visits than a normal-size Dollar Tree.
Due to the bar and restaurant next door, parking can be limited, especially during lunch time. Also, there are only two parking spaces for Disabled Parking, and if the bar is open, those spaces are rarely available.
Mornings are the best time to visit, because in the afternoon, the sun invades the all-glass storefront, creates substantial glare, and in-store temperatures become too uncomfortable for pleasurable shopping.
Of course, as with most Dollar Tree stores, the employees rarely seem to be happy, and employee turnover seems to be constant. So, there's likely a corporate reason behind rarely seeing the same employee in the next month.

Horrible customer service. The manager was rude after I asked for a product check and hung up on me multiple times in the middle of my conversation.

Sadly this location (Anthem) the staff is horrible, rude and dismissive. I have attempted shopping this location twice, thinking it was just an off day but NO…nasty, rude and unwelcoming. My last attempt was today, tried calling to check on an item and I was rude told to wait, phone slapped down on the counter and left there for over 48 minutes until I finally hung up. It would be one thing if they were super busy but lucky me, DT does use a hold button so I sat there and listened to staff banter the entire time I waited…WOW, what a joke

05/23/2023. 12:36To the Store manager and GM of Dollar Tree located at :3668 W Anthem Way Ste A102, Anthem, AZ 85086I just spent over $ 163.00 at this store, and upon my checkout I selected the cash back option for $ 50. The male cashier was Very friendly, but when he requested the money to give back to me.A woman, ( more like a little girl) with no name badge on her shirt and a hickey on her neck, approached me. This Girl was very hostile. Her demenor and manor was extremely un professional.This girl told me that now this Cashiers drawer is in the negative because of my request for cash back! And that she had to get a loan now! I can only assume this little girl with the hickey on her neck and no name badge was some form of a head cashier. I strongly suggest to you, that you get proper training on CUSTOMER SERVICE. The hostile attitude is UNEXCEPTABLE. If it wasn't for Customers you would not be employed! I will contacting Corporate regarding the hostile shopping environment I was just in. I am a HEAD Supervisor in Customer Service.Dollar tree please train your cashiers better. Or else in my opinion, people may not want to keep you in business! Word of mouth is very powerful.Have a blessed day!Mrs. Thies
