This Fry's is great! I'm from Phoenix and used to some rough Fry's. This one is always clean, the cashiers are always friendly, the Starbuck's employees are great, the selection is great...there a few things I was unable to find, but luckily there are 4 other Fry's nearby. The sushi bar is delicious...wouldn't get it at night, but that's not their fault.

I try to send literally *anyone* who is nice enough to go for me to the pharmacy to pick up my monthly medication. It’s an absolute day-ruiner for me when I have to go, as I am always treated poorly by the techs who seem to expect the worst from every customer that comes in. Once, I told them that I did not have questions for the pharmacist when I DID have questions - and instead called my doctor, because I simply didn’t want to be treated like an inconvenience for even a second longer.Unfortunately, no one could go for me this morning and I made the mistake of saying “the girl I spoke to yesterday when I picked up my son’s meds said mine would be ready this morning” to the current tech on the clock. She was very offended by this, though I was simply answering her question when she asked “did you receive a notification it was ready?”. I don’t like changing pharmacies especially when the pricing is good here and they seem to have fast turnaround but the general attitude of the associates is enough to make me literally PAY someone else to pick my meds up FOR me.

There are two main Supermarkets I shop in, in Anthem and Fry's is my favorite! I like the better selection of organic produce, a better variety of ethnic foods, and they carry foods I love the other store doesn't. I took one star off from my check out experience. Like most stores, they are pushing for self checkout. Often, there is only one cashier assisted checkout and all lines are long. With a full cart I usually choose cashier assisted. Now this is sensitive so please bare with me. I have a disability myself, so am understanding but - after using my SNAP card, the cashier who had some sort of cognitive disability began questioning me about the use of my card. Asking about how his Mother wanted one and how did I get one because I don't look like I need one and asking personal questions that were completely inappropriate and holding up the line. The bagger also had a cognitive disability and made inappropriate comments about me. I did not show my frustration, was kind and left. I'm all for hiring people with disabilities but they were not right for customer-facing roles. Their behavior was inappropriate, embarrassed me regarding my own disability in front of the line behind me, and the questioning held up the line. I will only be using self checkout now.

I have been coming to this Anthem store since they opened. I don't know what it is about this store, they have developed an attitude at the Deli Dept. They ignore you while you are standing there, then when they do wait on you they are rude (not everyone). They act like they are really doing you a favor, and allowing you to spend your money in the store. I have been a business owner for many years, I know that it all starts at the top! I have tried speaking with management, but they just yes you to death, nothing ever changes. Don't get me wrong the customer isn't always right, but when you treat them with kindness and respect, and they are still rude, thats pretty bad.We have been driving to Dove Valley, it's night and day, again management.

This is a great store. It's very clean and everybody that works here is wonderful. The pharmacy specifically, is absolutely top notch! They actually have an option if you call by phone that you can talk to a real pharmacist you can have your prescriptions called in ahead of time and pick them up if you are out of an emergency item like a thyroid pill and you they say that you can't they can't get it for you if you tell them that you're totally out and you need to have just a couple they will get you just a couple and you can come and get it that day I don't know anything but delivery options they have but I'm going to find out now this is a great place to shop all of the employees are incredibly smart very attentive and present-minded they're not floating out in space somewhere or looking at their phone they're 100% dedicated to giving customers a great day I would never have my prescription filled anywhere else.

Ashley at Customer service could only smile and say "I'm sorry". She did not take note of what I was saying which was you have been out of my favorite products week after week (Fairlife 2%milk, lactate free ice cream, coffee mate hazelnut) And your prices are not posted. $150 later and I still need to go to another store! I'm giving up on your location.

Thank you to the Anthem Fry's pharmacist Abeer for going over and above to assist me not once but twice in recent months. She is a friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable professional. While waiting in line, I have observed the way Abeer cheerfully and respectfully interacts customers and co-workers. She gives customers the trusting services like when going to a small-town local drugstore. We are fortunate to have a local pharmacist of her caliber in our Anthem community.I have used Fry's/Kroger pharmacies for almost 20 years; since 2016 at this location in Anthem and previously in Michigan. I have consistently received caring, professional, and confidential service.I recommend this Fry's pharmacy because they generally have the drugs you need in stock and it is a clean and safe environment offering convenient hours and the best pharmacist Abeer.

I had the worst experience at Fry pharmacy on Cave Creek rd. And Tatum. I have gotten my prescriptions here for a couple of years and the pharmacists have been wonderful but they have quit and the horrible ladys that were working were nasty! The pharmacist completely screwed up my script! It took her 5hrs to fix it with my doctors office calling and yelling cuz she was so incompetent! I've switched to costco!

I am so upset with the Frys Pharmacy, two months in a row they were unable to fill my prescription on time! I'm on a pain patch that last 7 days. So my doctor gives me 3 refills. Two months in a row now the pharmacy has been out of my patch on my due date which is every four weeks, 28 days. . You would think that the pharmacy would call you to let you know they are out of your item, so you could call another pharmacy company in your town to see if they could fill it by your due date. So now because of it not being on hand I will be going through withdrawals. So not right! Something is wrong with the ordering system at Frys and needs to be corrected. My scripts at Frys are thousands of dollars a year, I am so upset I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

Why do you let the automated service call and tell people their prescriptions will be ready on a certain date but when you go to pick it up, they tell you to come back the next day they are behind? and they can't seem to fill a prescription soon enough, so you don't miss 2 or three doses of your medicine. if restaurants were run like fry's pharmacies' there would be no restaurants open for business. come on fry's lets work on the customer service. my fry's in the 1915 S. Power Rd. Mesa. AZ 85206.

This is the Frys on Florence in Casa Grande. Why did I call in the day before to confirm my prescription would be ready. When I got there they said it would be an hour. Told me they were two days behind. If they weretwo days behind why didn't they tell me that when I caled a day a head for a pickup time. Now I get to wait the hour and then walk a mile to where my wife had her appointment and has the car. I'm switching to CVS where they care about customer service.
