“I cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband and I visit my in laws every year and we are grateful to have such an awesome place accessible to us. The facility has top quality equipment and the coaching and programming is equally impressive. I stopped into the 9am class with Monte and he gave very helpful tips that basically got me my first muscle up (technically a no rep, but I started on the ground and ended up on top and that’s further than I’ve ever gotten!) It’s such a friendly and welcoming place. If we lived in Anthem we would definitely be members. I would highly recommend Ironwood CrossFit to anyone!”

“Over the weekend I went tubing on the Salt River and at one point fell out of my tube. Thanks to SKINSPORT'S "Arm Day" workouts I was able to pull myself out of the water and back into the tube using only my arm strength. This would not have been possible 5 months ago. SKINSPORT'S trainers have provided the various workouts I need to improve not only my strength but also my balance, weight loss and weight maintenance.”

“Great gym with award winning teams. There are high expectations of the team members. They do require contracts committing your children to attend practices and meets as the routines count on there being a specific group of cheerleaders available and well versed in the routine. It's not all that different from being on a professional sports team in that regard. It's been a fantastic experience for my children, boys and girls, to participate and understand how they fit into a group effort.”

“Black Canyon Trail is a great Mt Bike adventure. One word of caution if you do most of your time Mt biking in places like McDowell Mt or Browns ranch. When you estimate how long it will take you do not use your typical average speed cut it in half. Even though if you go north to south and the trail trends downward it is still techy enough to slow your avg speed down. Scenery is beautiful!”
