William gave us excellent service. It was late in the day and he continued to make sure everything was good with our new car hauler trailer. They even gave us a drop hitch with 2 5/16 ball to borrow to get our trailer home. Front jack on trailer was damaged. William ordered us a new one. Thank You! This is my second trailer purchase from Jackson's Trailers. Will be back in the future. John in sales was straight forward and very easy to work with. Lynn & I would like to thank you all for excellent experience in this purchase.

I purchased a number of trailers from Jackson’s. They consistently treat me and my company with a high degree of respect. They’re always willing to take the time to make sure we match up the right trailer for the project need we have. Jeremy has always been on top of it, and is an outstanding sales person. I always trust him and know that he will not sell me something that doesn’t make sense for what I’m after.

I have purchased 2 new trailers from this location over the past few years. I ran into a manufacturer problem and my trailer was no longer under warranty. After presenting my problem to management I am pleased to say they handled the situation great and tried to help fix the problem for free. Stand up crew running this location! I am one more very satisfied customer and will continue to bring my business here!! Here is my mobile office and tool storage. :)

Jeremy was outstanding, I’d been looking for awhile and wasn’t sure what size utility trailer I wanted. Jeremy really helped me decide by showing me the different models and what they were capable of. Once I decided he had one prepared for me and had all my paperwork ready when I got there . I was in a lunch break and he got me in and out within 20 mins. Great customer service and great prices. Definitely would recommend Jackson’s.
