Im not sure why they ask you to arrive 15 minutes early when you wait 15-20 min past your appt time? Crowded waiting room. Not enough room for everyone to sit.

I have had bad experiences with Labcorp in the past. I wish, I could give 10 🌟s this time. Easy parking. Room to sit in very clean waiting room. Got me right in SMOOOTH! PERFECT no pain draw and I'm gone. 10 minutes in and out. Probably shouldn't tell this information so that I can have the same experience next time. LOL 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍! Thank you.

Closed for Juneteenth, but no note on the door, no message saying they're closed when you call, and Google maps says they're open. Several people waiting outside early in the morning. I feel at the very least there could be a note on the door that says they're closed today. It would have saved a lot of people a lot of time (even though they've already driven there). A message when you call saying they're closed would help, too. Thank you for considering these options.

This was my first time going to a stand-alone Labcorp location and I will definitely be coming back to the Anthem location if I ever need lab work done in the future! Maria was my phlebotomist today and she was super helpful, friendly, and educational throughout the entire process. By far the best blood-draw experience I’ve had. Thank you, Maria!

Let me start by saying that the employees are amazing. Great, kind, and overworked. Every time I visit they're understaffed. Or maybe that's just how labcorp runs. I'm tired of waiting an hour to do basic 5 min blood work. Be better labcorp. Hire more people.
Update to respond: Well since it sounds like your company is struggling like others, maybe you operate the same as them, which is below par.. To get more hires at all of your failing locations, consider paying more and providing excellent benefits. I also highly doubt that you're paying your understaffed a higher wage to compensate for the extra work load ALL of these months. I still stand,,, do better.

I went in as a walk-in late morning, expecting it to take forever (or worse, not accepting walk ins like some other locations). Not only was it fast but everyone I encountered there was kind and not at all grumpy. Alicia managed to hit my vein the first try which almost never happens for me, she's amazing!

I had a frustrating experience at Labcorp when I walked in and asked if they could do a routine blood test without an appointment. The woman behind the desk said "yes," and since there were no other patients in the building, I said, "OK, I'd like to have one done." She then told me I had to go to their website to make the request on my phone. I sat in their lobby and tried, but the website showed no available appointments for the day. When I told her this, she explained that I needed to go to a different website to actually order the labs. At that point, I just thanked her and walked out. Not a great experience.

Very bad attitude.checked in at 7.09 a.m. and about at 8 she called me for doctor paper ,I showed him the photo and sent her e mail.After 2 hrs she told me to leave as she has not pdf. Wasted my 2 hrs while I was on fast for more than 12 hrs for lipd lab test.She behaved like that I was only asian.

They were great with my 5 year old. Very kind and good with kids. Also very prompt despite being short staffed.
