Unfriendly to new customers!I heard that I could make a CD account with midfirst and they had good interest rates. I made an appointment on Saturday at 12pm with Joe. He did not see me until 12:40pm. When I finally did speak with him, it was like he didn't even want to help me open up a CD account. He said "We are a relationship focused bank" which I'm sure he meant for it to sound like they care about their people and customers, but in that context it sounded more like "I don't know you, you don't bank here, so I don't want to provide you with this service". He kept trying to get me to open a savings account which has a lower interest rate.In the end, he didn't even open a CD account for me that day. He said he would schedule an appointment for me so we could meet up during the week and open the CD and savings account then (I didn't want a savings and said multiple times). I got a text reminder for my appointment at 12pm on Saturday. I did not get a text reminder for my appointment during the week. So I don't think Joe even actually made an appointment for me. If relationships are so important, you don't treat your customers this way. You don't make them wait 40 minutes after their appointment. You don't disregard their wishes and try to get them to open up an account they don't want. You don't lie about making an appointment.I guess Joe doesn't know me and I'm not rich enough to be part of his cool kids club, so no CD account for me.

By far one of my favorite branches to do business with. Nikolina is hands down one of our favorite people to work with. She is so knowledgeable, her response time is quicker than quick! And she is by far the reason we stay with Midfirst!

This place is horrible. Don't bother making an appointment they will not be ready and will make you wait 30 minutes before seeing you. They will also reschedule your appointment without telling you. When they finally see you they are rude and are not willing to help their customers.

Had an issue with my daughters account in which the Manager, Joseph A. was able to explain to me what happened and why and adjusted the account so that it best suited my daughters banking needs. Joseph A. was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & professional. It's tough to find good service in any industry these days but MidFirst hit a home run by hiring this gentleman!

We have been a customer with Mid First for many years, always been impressed with their personal service, professionalism and friendliness. We have interacted with all their managers, presently Ms. Nikolina Visnjic-Silva is new manager, can't say enough about her professional positive and people-friendly attitude! Thank you Nikolina for your management style!

Worst bank ever. So glad to close this account.in response to their response their 1800 numbers are full of customer reps that do not know anything at all. Their staff is rude at the anthem location and entitled. They do not even allow you to pull your own money out. The manager laughed and said not in HER bank. Wasnt aware she owned all of midfirst. Worst excuse for a bank. Again so glad this account was closed.

Think twice if you're a business owner!!!Thought it would be appropriate after being a customer of 6 years to revise my 5 star review.I have 5 business accounts and 4 personal accounts. 5 business credit cards and a boat loan. I process $2m + through my accounts. I have never been late one 1 credit card payment or loan payment.I recently received a phone call from the branch manager Ashley asking what do I do with the cash I take out. I was asked how many clients I have, I was asked why for the last year I cash certain checks and deposit others. I said... it's none of the banks business what I do with my cash...but I answered her questions nonetheless because she pretents like it's no big deal and it's just a normal line of questioning. Aside from supporting family members financially, I have a $1m+ remodeling project going on and need cash for trades and labor. I also support several charities. Some I give cash to and some I do checks.Again... nothing out of the ordinary and always consistent with the cashed checks.3 days later I get a notice that all my accounts and credit cards are set to cancel 4 days later after Ashley lied about me having a month. My CPA called corporate who said "perhaps a incompetent teller raised concern" Out of desperation and a hope to not have to relocate to a new bank and redo 5 sets of quickbooks, change all my auto drafts, change payroll etc I ended up talking with a regional manager called Rebecca. At first she tried to stall that she knew nothing about anything but after I pushed to speak to her supervisor Jonathan...she admitted that I fact she is very familiar with my case. She said. She said I can't reach anyone higher than her and also mentioned that Jonathan would be contacting me. (Never did)"I am a unique customer with unusual banking practices" she admitted I was not doing anything illegal by taking cash out or doing anything wrong. She said a decision was made that they do not want me as a customer any longer because I don't fit their risk profile.They say... it's just business. Don't be fooled. If you're a good little sheep who gets your w2 check from your employer through direct deposit...it's a great bank. If you're a business and GOD forbid you need cash... don't even think about it.Shame on midfirst for the way they treat their customers. I have recommended endless customers and personally responsible for recommending midfirst to obtain millions in ppp loans etc.This bank won't have your back when you need them and they will feed you to the wolves.

Spoke with Brandy at the Anthem branch on Monday afternoon about moving our account from B of A to MidFirst. She’s a great listener-heard our concerns and offered several solutions. Set up the appointment later that week and made the switch. Brandy is very professional and friendly. The entire team at MidFirst made a great first impression. Looking forward to a long relationship.

I moved to Anthem in April and opened a bank account at MidFirst. One of the selling points for me was that they offer free ATM withdrawals from any ATM. Apparently in June they ended that. It's September, and I just found out after calling the bank about and ATM charge I saw on my statement. The only ATM that is now free is the ATM at MidFirst Bank, which is not very user friendly. The rep I spoke to said they sent me an email, but I never saw it. Not cool MidFirst. I'll be taking by business elsewhere soon.

I went into this bank to open a business account. Ben had me sign for the account and said he would call me back at the end of the day. He never called. I tried several times over several days to get information on what was going on. I never received any return calls or any help from anyone. After a week I called them and told them to cancel. It looks like customer service is not their priority. It seems like they could care less.

They know me and call me by name every time i come by, very professional and nice employees!! it’s always a good experience. i used to live very close and moved farther away but i refuse to go to a closer location because this one is the best, definitely recommend!
