Guys at the UPS store are always so nice and helpful!! Joel is the best! I always come in with oddly specific printing requests and he makes it happen. Customer service is spectacular and he always does it in a timely manner. Thank you for a great experience every time Joel!!

The woman who helped us was so helpful and very nice. She helped us wrap up our packages and print a few documents.

It's an excellent place for sending packages. They used to do fingerprint cards, but they no longer offer this service. Many UPS stores refer to the Daisy Mountain store. They were not helpful when asked where the closest place to get them done.

Long time customer (due to proximity of my home), but I'm not ok with the rudeness and apparent inability to help a mistake. Had 2 Amazon return, walked in scanned QR codes, labels put on packages and super easy, but as I walked away I realized I had the wrong code scanned. They had 2 people working and I didn't even leave the store but went to the back of the line of 2 whole people and waited my turn to correct the issue. When it was my turn again I told them what happened and needed to give them the correct QR code. They A) couldn't locate my package and B) couldn't remember me from 7 mins early as a customer they helped because they asked when I dropped off my packages.
I was told everything they had gotten was already packaged up (this was at 8:25 in the morning and there was only 2 people working, both helping customers as I stood in line), and they can't open big boxes after they were sealed.
The whole customer service aspect of this interaction put me off and will probably use another service and location going forward.

I have been a customer of our Anthem/New River neighborhood UPS store for many years and have never had unsatisfactory service. Each employee has a wonderful attitude of service. The owner has maintained a loyal group and leads by example. I can not count the number of times they have assisted me in very important matters and during time constraints. They never hesitate to go one step further to bring great customer service. GREAT JOB UPS!

A***** should not be front of house or employed in any position that involves customer interaction.I called the store and talked to a nice gentleman concerning issues I was having at home. I said "having trouble with my printer do I have to print this label out or can you guys look it up based on the return information from Amazon?"He said "oh we can print it out you just have to email us, here's our email address."I say "great, see you soon!"I drive down and A***** helps me. I tell her I emailed and she printed my label out. I then asked if I could go. She says well you owe me $2.85 for printing the label.I said "I called because I was having trouble with my printer, I was not having $2.85 of trouble, nor was that fee discussed while I was on the phone."She said "well you still owe me $2.85."In the end I walked out. What did A***** do? She threw my printed out shipping label away.... I am now in search of another UPS store and will not be visiting Anthem's again.
