Terrible Customer Service. Several issues with getting packages. Several issues with getting packages delivered to the WRONG address. Nobody ever answers the phone. I work full time from 7-5 and they're closed by the time I get off work. How convenient!

They've been good to me for years now. Helpful, friendly, and willing to go out of there way, especially around Christmas to take care of everyone. The one negative commenter needs to understand, there is often a separate pickup and delivery truck and they sometimes make more than a single trip. The delivery truck rarely has room when loaded up. (I drove for FedEx years ago) The ladies at NRB cannot guarantee a box will get on a truck if it's past pickup time, even if it's before they last delivery time. Go easy on them, they can't control that. As far as the "vulgarity" of the owner, you must have really acted like a baby to flip her switch. She doesn't have to put up with your disrespect, and I've been in there when she had to deal with some real idiots; she always has kept her cool.

Horrendous customer experience. Was spoken to vulgarly by the owner when asking questions to better understand the processes as to why the owner Debbie denied to accept our package. She stated that they could not confirm it would go out for delivery even though it was prior to their drivers arrival time because they do not know how full the drivers truck may be. The single box was approximately 29x17x9 at 18lbs and should be able to fit in a delivery truck . Why is a business operating if they cannot guarantee the package will be sent out same day ? In the past , we have purchased packing material at this location and never been denied delivery. It seems odd that because we prepaid the shipping and used our own packaging material that we are now being told this after multiple years. The vulgarity in the owners response is highly unprofessional and could have been dealt with appropriately.

Seems for the last few month's getting our mail is not a priority to this post office. We seem to get our neighbors mail more then we do our own. We are at the point of making them hold it and drive the 15 miles to pick it up ourselves. Please hire people that can put the mail in the correct box.

I’ve given them a terrible review and have reported them. But, I have to give credit where credit is due I have seen a HUGE improvement in our service. I’ve noticed we have a different mail carrier—so I’m assuming they are listening and trying to improve the quality of their service. I’ll let you know if something changes.
