I’ve been to the Verizon on 3655 W Anthem Way a couple of times recently, and both visits were great! Paris helped me on one day and Eddie on another — and both gave amazing service. They were patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure everything was set up right. It’s rare to get consistent, friendly help like that from different people, but they both nailed it. Highly recommend stopping by this location and asking for Paris or Eddie!

I recently visited this Verizon store with a billing issue and I was furious. I was assisted by the store manager, Rubal. Not only did he resolve my issue, but he also introduced me to a great family plan that perfectly suited my needs and gave me an amazing deal on upgrading my old phone. He went above and beyond by helping me transfer all my data to the new phone, which is something other stores usually don’t do. His exceptional customer service made my experience smooth and stress-free. Verizon should truly value employees like Rubal who provide such excellent service!

Great experience, Port from T mobile, Mr.Singh made it look very smooth process …Thoroughly explained everything and just received my first bill and it is pretty accurate, there are bunch of reps works in different Verizon we dealt while shopping phones and plans, So far we had best experience at this location

My daughter and I walked in to this Verizon location needing to switch our carriers AND get her a new phone before she went back to college that same afternoon. The gentleman assisting us was wonderful - got everything working and set up for us within an hour (not so easy when transferring service providers). We will definitely go back to this location!
