My wife came in asking for 3 cheapest Samsung phones to purchase in full upfront instead of over 3 years. They told her they don't allow the policy at this store. Which is a lie, to sell a contract.

We recently purchased 2 new phones and watch from this store. We are thrilled with both the products and the excellent customer service that Robin provided. He is very knowledgeable and helped make our decision making on products and service plans less stressful and very straightforward. We normally buy thru Best Buy but after dealing with Robin, we will make future purchases here.

I walked in and was kindly greeted and asked how can I help you today? I stated that my phone was broken and I was unable to make phone calls. He said well you are going to have to call into verizon and they will ship you a new phone. They are absolutely useless. Horrible service. He just tells everyone to call into Verizon. Avoid this place!
