Beware! A senior citizen friend of mine visited the store this week and was taken advantage of. She was missing calls due to not hearing the phone ring. The Verizon employee advised that her phone was outdated and there was nothing he could do to fix it. He then went into sales mode and tried to sell her a new phone. She was smart enough to leave the store without purchasing anything. After sharing her story with us my sister looked at the “outdated” phone and fixed it in less than 60 seconds. My friend had accidentally turned the phone on mute. Shame on this store for not helping a senior citizen who doesn’t fully understand technology. I have been a Verizon customer for 22 years and will never step foot in this store.

Abraham is so friendly and helpful. I’ve been there 2x lately and he knows I’m stressed, yet he calms me down and is the best customer service rep I’ve met in years. 10 stars for him

Went into the Verizon store to get new phones and the representative that helped me told me that he could save me money on another plan. When I got my bill, it was around $25 higher than what I was already paying. I have been on the phone with Verizon for two hours and 14 minutes to try to get this resolved and back to my old plan.

I walked into this Verizon to set up a new phone line and was greeted by a man saying, "We will be with you in just a moment." Little did I know, this wasn't even the employee but a customer who greeted me. I sat and waited patiently for over twenty minutes to be helped, with no one so much as glancing my way. After about thirty minutes the actual worker approached and asked if I needed anything, because he was helping another family and it would be about an hour." Of course, after this greeting I didn't need anything anymore. Terrible customer service. I understand the account he was working with was there first and more lucrative, but to not acknowledge a customer for almost 30 minutes and then decide to tell us it would be an hour is disrespectful of my time. I have yet to have a positive experience with Verizon and am now considering opening a line with GCI instead.

Abraham gave us great service and was very helpful. There was a glitch with the internet in the store that slowed down transfer of old to new phones but he was able to fix it. Thank you.

Very nice and clean location all the reps where so nice and greeted me when I got into the store. Our rep Abraham was very knowledgeable and nice he walked up step by step on everything that we did he showed us the cost out the door and what we are expecting every month from the bill I would Definitely come back here.
