My wife came in asking for 3 cheapest Samsung phones to purchase in full upfront instead of over 3 years. They told her they don't allow the policy at this store. Which is a lie, to sell a contract.

Was asked to turn in my old phone within 2 weeks of purchase for a credit. Took my phone in to be wiped and turned in and was told "their offer" wouldn't be the same as the other Verizon location. I'm pretty sure Verizon is the company that my agreement is with, and there is ZERO consistency from store to store.. Save you frustrations and choose a different provider. T mobil and Mint have been highly recommended.

Went in to get a new SE came out with the 15. really helpful explaining promos and trade ins. Helped me get the best deal. Being a new adult this stuff is confusing but went easier with all the help !

The WORST customer service I have ever received and most DECEIVING information I have ever received - I was told my hot spot would go to up to 300 mbps speed (not data) for my business - Only to find out I was sold a 25 mbps speed plan and was never told until I installed the equipment and up until I logged in to my account. BAD BUSINESS perception and I would NEVER do business with this STORE (Victra @ Anthem) - ever. I can't believe Verizon would partner with a vendor like this. I hope someone from upper management would get a hold of my review to hopefully do something about this and investigate this store. BAD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH - WOULD NOOOOOT RECOMMEND This store at all

I bought a new iPhone and was taken care of perfectly from iPhone to screen protector to case and a new brick for my charger. It was a very informative and successful visit. We will always visit this store from now on.

Buyer beware! I traded a phone back in December, 2022. I wasn't really in the market for a new tablet or watch, but the manager, Mike told me of the great deals going on. He told me I could get a free watch and tablet with my trade in. He said it would take 2-3 billing cycles for the charge to drop off my bill. Well, 3 months go buy, I go back in, they assure me it will drop off. I go back in the next month and I was told to leave my number so Mike could call me. He never did.I contacted Verizon and they told me they would discipline the store and my charges should be removed. Nope. I called Verizon again. This time they told me that there was nothing they could do. Resolution had to come from the store.So, I am stuck with an extra $1,000 to pay over time. I want to warn others before purchasing anything at this store.

Riley at the store off of Daisy Mountain and North Valley Parkway was so polite, helpful and knowledgeable! She was at the store alone and handled all 3 costumers in an efficient and graceful way. People there weren’t the nicest but she was patient and kind no matter what!

Just don't go in here. This is not a real Verizon store. They over charge and have terrible support numbers you have to call to get your order. For example I wanted to purchase something to protect my new Apple Watch, they charged me $40 for liquid glass protector. Same brand at Walmart is $9.99. What a scam

The staff is isn't helpful at all. We will drive to happy valley store. Been with Verizon for years. Wanted 30 dollars to transfer phone. Need to learn how to just help clients rather than just saying no!
