Every time I go to my local Wells Fargo there is only one Banker to help people and 3 to 5 people waiting for that one person's help. There are a few tellers but they handle transactions only. Also I think a young person should not call older people by there first names what happened to professionalism hello Mr blank can I help you or Mrs. No instead it hi Joe. Disappointed. Today I needed to use the ATM at the Wells Fargo in Anthem. The glass is smashed and the ATM is shut down infront of the bank. I went in the bank and as I approached the tellers I let them know about there ATM. A lady standing behind the tellers staring at a computer screen said we are aware of that. The tellers informed me the ATM works in the drive through so I used that. I also noticed that the Drive through is Permanently shut down. Yet another way customer service is taken away from the customer or at least that is how it appears to your customers.

I went in to close my account and Ms. Jo Ellen took me in, she did a wonderful job! I wanted my accounts closed and I told her I wanted to take my cash out instead of getting a cashiers check. She said there is a policy in play but said she can let me do it this way instead since made more sense. Well when we went up to the front to get a cashiers check they the branch manager and a lady at the front didn't like how that was handled. They were very rude to her, shaking their heads and making rude remarks. I am glad I closed my accounts and I am done with Wells Fargo. and I hope they treat their staff better! The way we we took care of my accounts was just fine and dealt with. The new process they have does not make sense and more steps added. Jo Ellen did a great job!

The staff was very kind and great to chat with. Friendly service that cheered me up, as in the moment, I couldn’t find my ATM card. Great people at this branch! Thank you for your service and I managed to find my card!!!!! Woot woot!

Clean and quiet location, very well maintained landscape on the exterior with a very quiet interior. Employees were very courteous and even with a longer line, they were able to assist us in a timely fashion. This is my new banking location, so I was relieved with the excellent customer service. Keep up the great work.

Been a customer since the Anthem branch first opened over 20 years ago. They have good customer service and they are one of the few banks in the area that will exchange foreign currency. I don't go into the bank much lately as I use their mobile banking for check deposits -which is very convenient!

Always great. In and out fast. The people are awesome very friendly and always smiling. Been banking there for over ten years. Never had a problem. Any issues have been fixed fast and always with professionalism. Excellent bank.

I’m so frustrated with all the “Covid” excuses, and business changing their availability based on All this BS….and then not updating their Google hours. APPARENTLY THIS BANK IS CLOSED ON SATURDAYS… even though Google states otherwise, and nine times out of 10 the drive-through is closed because they don’t have enough staff! Meanwhile The Midfirst bank is open as Asian, guess I need to switch!!

It is very frustrating that this branch refuses to answer their phone during business hours. So I have to go in to make an appointment to then go back? Thanks! Total waste of time.

Waited on a phone with redirect after redirect. Customer service says there is no way to make an appointment after nearly an hour, and told me there were no branches in the city available for an appointment. I called another branch - and to no surprise, the Customer service branch LIED. I was able to get an appointment in the other branch in just a few minutes.
