“This place has reconditioned batteries. We have an older p/u. And buy the battery from there. $70.00 gets us by for couple years. It's mostly unused. So we don't put an expensive battery in it.”
“For the ladt 13 years, my cars have been serviced here. I appreciate the service department greatly. The oil changes and minor repairs have always been perfect and the charges reasonably priced for a dealership.. They alert me when brakes and batterues arent performing well and I truly rely on them for my safety. I enjoy my rides home in the courtesy van . The driver is polite and a joy to converse with. Cropper"s is A+++ in my grade book. Please repair the AC in the courtesy van. Today it was over 100 and the elderly customers were way to hot. Thank you.Jan Flynt”
“I was looking for the gas spout door lock whick I could not open with the key. Went to auto Zone they do not carry the part. At O, riley auto part the person tried with a lubricant and told me it is probably the worn out key. I went home tried my spare key and low and behold it was the worn out key. They really know what the problem was. I spent zero dollars”

“Public service announcement. We just moved to Nogales, so in a pinch (literally) I took our 4 cylinder Nissan Versa Note for a Synthetic oil change & "complimentary tire rotation".We were charged $92.15 for the oil change. Left there feeling "pinched".Our 2020 Ram 8 cylinder truck also needed an oil change. We took it to the Walmart service center in Nogales, for a Synthetic oil change. Charge for that $58.17.What a difference, in price.See the receipts, the proof is in the pudding people.”
