Horrible service from the newer staff there. They gave me a hard time shipping out a package and opened it without my consent. The dirt bag working the counter held up the line chatting with a pair of ladies selling food instead of helping the line behind them.

The lady at the counter was nice and really tried to help. But FedEx as a company is so messed she was not able to help. They lost an expensive package, and refuse to honor my claim because the driver said he left it at my front door. He's lying because no one even entered my driveway within several hours either side of them time he claims he delivered. I will never use FedEx again. UPS is faster, and more responsible.
