I had a very unpleasant encounter with a staff lady called Francia.
On the 20th of this month I was making my way in the Men’s section while this staff member was pretty much screaming “PRESIDENT TRUMP” and cheering. Most customers in that moment turn around to give her a look and she didn’t cared and kept doing that instead of assisting other customers.
I came here to have a great time and spend and ended up coming to a political rally: how disrespectful and how rude. I recommend you to tell your staff members to work instead of doing the opposite. Not sure I will come back.

I go here and usually have a good experience with cashiers but if you’re going to have a girl named Bryanna up in the front with an attitude and constantly declining your card somehow she declined two of my moms cards three different times and they had already said approved on the screen. And she started catching an attitude the moment we said we had to do it again. While she was wondering up and down the back of the cashiers eating up her gummies. Did not care to say thank you or have a nice day. Not the customer service this store should have. Overall disappointment is all I have plus there was a mess. Hope yall do something about someone who clearly doesn’t appreciate their job. It said it all in their face. Thank you Bryanna for the awful experience!

I was in Marshall’s, doing my usual shopping, when I notice this employee, Luis, he was very rude throughout my experience here last week. I simply asked where the candles were, when he responded with, “Im busy, tell another worker”. I was confused, but I brushed it off. I couldn’t find another employee since most were talking and one was even on their personal phone. I stumbled across the same guy in the fitting room, and he was talking to someone else, while I was trying to get their attention, but no response, just pure ignorance. I just walked right in, not a care in the world, since these workers were being very rude. I was then yelled at my Luis, and I didn’t know whether to report this, or not, but I am just sharing my story, please do not encounter this worker, he was very rude, and I hope he gets his karma.
