I have more than two weeks without Internet, I am calling and calling and they do not answer me. I go to the offices and they tell me the same as on the phone, that the report is already there and that it will be dealt with in 3 to 4 days. There is nothing of interest in solving the failures.

My wife has internet with his company it's the worst service ever and the worst customer service by far! They were supposed to Send someone to take a look at why her internet kept on cutting in and out while she's working from home the telmex truck showed up didn't even come in to driveway or bother knocking on her door and left! She had to go back to the office and tell them and so they sent another truck and the truck never showed up! This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!!

A good place, but bad treatment from an employee, they made a mistake regarding the number where I had to pay and I was paying someone else's. Now I owe months and they did not want to help me regarding the payments.
