“They do great service, they have put up with my toddler running around the office space, and they have a large table for you to work at/chill while you wait for your services to be completed. Honestly, I get so much admin work done here. Everyone has always been really courteous. I think you can tell which places in town have a good or bad workplace environment based on the energy when you walk in, and it has always been good here. No tension, people getting work done while laughing. I will continue together my tire needs done here. One message for improvement, give the customers access to other TV stations.”
“I have been a customer for many years and it’s always very pleasant knowing that my vehicle is in good hands. Hector and Toño are always making sure that my vehicles gets the service it needs. VIP’s owner and staff are always very professional, respectful and friendly. 100% recommended.”
“Excellent and real quick service here. They replaced the hinges on my back trailer door in under an hour. They completely saved my weekend, my time, and kept my load on schedule. Truly appreciate the fast turnaround!”

“Sweet guys but incompetent. Paid to have my tires patched and a) they didn’t inflate the tire to the correct psi and b) they didn’t patch it well because it’s still not holding air. Waste of money and time”
“Recently while traveling in the nogales area my truck stopped turning on, a 2016 gmc canyon, no matter what i did it wouldn't start, they were able to diagnose the issue and get all the parts installed in about a week. I honestly thought it would take at least 2 weeks. But they were able to get me my vehicle back and allowed my family to be back to normal quickly. I appreciate all the efforts be Rueben and team!”
“I had bad 53ft trailer tire that need to replace. As soon I got here the mechanic at the tire shope named Alejandro was very welcoming and started working on the tire as soon as I backed up. Great service and convenient to manoeuvre big rig on the lot. Thanks for your quick service”
“Never disappointed with customer service, work on my cars or the PepBoys guarantee no matter whereni am. My local Nogales PepBoys customer service members always greet me with a smile, handshake, and using my name. Thank you”

“There are several tire shops around but California Tires has always been able to replace the tires we need in a much more reasonable amount of time and the prices seem a little better than some of the competitors.”
