Terrible customer service. It is practically impossible to communicate with them. They do not answer either by phone or Facebook chat. I have been calling the warehouse for three days to register a package that arrived since Wednesday and they do not answer the calls. Very irresponsible and unprepared in terms of customer service on the part of the employees and the company that keeps them without training is very irresponsible.
