I have been without my medicine for a month, I have chronic asthma and they have been preparing my medicine for a month after I did not pick it up the first time they filled it. Now they say the computer freezes every time they try to reset it. It seems like they didn't reverse it properly and I already have to refill it and it still says in process.

Pharmacist told me if you go to supermarket and there are no eggs what do you do? Trying to make the point that if my daughters epilepsy medication is on backlog what do you want me to do, how insensitive of a comment and when I life depends on this medication. Can’t believe Walgreens permits this kind of disrespectful behavior from its employees.Totally unacceptable.

Pharmacy is always closed when I come to get my prescriptions. I am so sick of it and we don’t have a lot of options in this town. I wish people would pull their head out of their ____ and learn how to be proactive in contacting and letting people know when they cannot get something instead of sending them a text every time saying your prescriptions are ready. Why don’t they say we’re closed when their website and everything else says they’re open!!!

I used this Walgreens Pharmacy for over 5 years and it was always great before the past 6 months or so. I am pretty sure they are going under or closing down soon. They are not keeping the hours they have posted online and are sending prescriptions to Tucson to be filled and then delivered back to Nogales so it now takes days longer than it used to to get your medication. I had to get my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy after they quit accepting my insurance provider (same provider they have accepted for years now) with no notice and it took Walgreens two weeks to transfer it. I ran out of my medication in the mean time. Do not use this pharmacy for life saving medications! They are no longer reliable.

Sat in the drive thru of the pharmacy for 33 minutes. After being asked to come back two times because my medication was not ready. This store's pharmacy has the worst service. Consider the few other pharmacies in town before considering this Walgreens.
