My wife had to almost two hours to close an estate account. The woman seemed to overwhelmed with the task of closing this account. Then the woman closed the account before the wire transfer wire transfer went through. So now we have to wait until it gets to the other account. I will be speaking with the manager if this doesn't work. These people make good money for what they do. It's not rocket science!Update the transfer process was successful.

Just wanted to deposit cash into my Mother's account, but you have to have an account there and they only except checks which makes no since cash is definitely more reliable. Anywho, now I know.

I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo since I was old enough to have an account. I’ve never switched to any other bank however the experience today at this branch with Irma Gutierrez and her unwillingness to help in my transaction is making me have second thoughts. I’ve seen other reviews on here about this locations customer service, but didn’t think I would have to experience it for myself. A simple transaction I’ve done multiple times for foreign exchange currency didn’t have to be like this.

This location is always crowded, very dirty, and the tellers are not friendly. The service is bad every time, the ladies are holding side conversations about their personal lives and take their sweet time in attending you. They don't smile or make eye contact. This place is always dirty no matter what time of day it is. Trash is overflowing, floors are disgusting, and the glass doors are unbelievably dirty as well. I dread using this location; nothing compared to the locations I'm used to using in Tucson.

We exchanged $200 for 2,460 pesos. Upon handing two of the 200 peso notes to the Mexican official to purchase our visas, we were told they were counterfeit! After a call to the Wells Fargo Bank manager I learned they were no longer responsible as I had left the bank. Also, I was told they had controls so it is impossible for them to pass me counterfeit bills. They were a different size note and design. It was my first trip into Mexico in over 50 years so I was not yet familiar with the notes. Beware of transactions at this bank!! I am stuck with two counterfeit notes received from this bank location.
