The lady working tonight, I think her name is Alicia, has great customer service! Thank you for your help & being so kind in bringing me the bags I forgot in the store. She deserves a raise! It’s a good store with good people!

Me and my TE (truck drivers) got to this store to unload our truck and the managers (Matt I believe is one of them) were very helpful and kind through the process. Nice store in Oracle Az! ???

I’m a truck driver who delivers to dollar general stores and this store is definitely one of the worse I’ve delivered too. They know that policy says we can unload before 7pm and I got there at 6:30 with only TWO rolltainers to unload which is a 10 minute job. Apparently the night manager can’t make decisions on her own without the store managers blessing so she refused the delivery and told me I had to wait until the morning, thus delaying me even more from going home to my family. I don’t what’s worse, that the assistant isn’t mature enough to decide on her own, or that the store manager doesn’t let them.

As stated below, this store is continuously getting worse, it's always low on inventory with empty selves. The checkout line is always slow, or they'll see you standing at the checkout counter and don't bother to do their job. Like does anybody work here anymore. Ridiculous store stay away from this place if possible.

Holy cow. Update 5/2023 What has happened to dollar general? Bathrooms should be condemned, full mop buckets with black water, filthy store and floors. Shelves not stocked, merchandise on the floor. This decline has been gradually happening since the management change. I was so happy when this store originally opened, because the family dollar was unkept, but today it's a different story. I heard we are getting another dollar store, next to this, and didn't feel we needed another because we have had three in this town before, but anything has got to be an improvement. #dollargeneral do better.

Usually this store is great, but week after week the stock is never on the shelves. Not sure if this is a supply or staffing issue but they rarely ever have what I need anymore. Definitely losing a frequent customer

The store needs to have their own armed security guard. The locals mess with the female employees that work here and female shoppers. They harass them, grab them, say inappropriate things, follow them home etc. Might help keep the petty shoplifters out too.

Very very unsafe location. The locals don't know how to keep their hands to themselves. The customers touch the employees and grab at them. The manager doesn't care, let's them keep coming back. Dear wives: come grab your drunk husbands and bring them home. They're harassing everyone. Horrible.

They always seem to have what I need except meat and fresh vegetables other than that we would live in a rural area and can't always get the amenities of fresh fruits and vegetables
