The new ownership was very obvious. Lots of employees running around doing their thing. All seemed very happy to be there, all friendly and professional. Unbelievable inventory of new and used vehicles. Service was prompt and fairly priced. This is going to be a very successful Ford dealership.

I am looking to trade in my truck and have used Bobby for my last truck when he was at Rodeo Ford so I figured I would try this place since he moved. My first Ford with him was freaking awesome but this time not so much. This dealership is about if you have the cash or not. It seems to be a "hey come in and let's look", instead of hearing what I am looking for. They would promise me returned emails and phone calls which never happened, and then would call me the next day asking how my experience was....lol what!? Like, nobody even got back to me. They would promise me that they are "getting numbers together" and would get back to me shortly....yea right. Did not happen. I they are busy but damn, so am I. Thank you for wasting my time. IF you want to feel like nothing, go with this place. Do not fall for the, "hey we care about you and will beat any offer you can find" among many other false promises. ..In the end, it's just another dealership looking for a gain. So go in with that in mind, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Bobby Leahy was my salesman. I normally hate dealing with car salesmen but Bobby made my car shopping a positive experience. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He did everything to get me the best deal for a great car. He is the type of salesperson that everyone purchasing a vehicle should have the opportunity to deal with. He will be my go to from now on. It was Important to have my major transmission fixed prior to my short medical circumstances to having the car in good running condition for my wife and as busy as everyone is on such a short notice was not only able to accomplish it but delivered it to my residence. They did the brakes, multi inspection, replaced wiper blades, and even washed the car. I can only thank the Manager Josh Dewyke, Haley Dahlin, and staff for making my major surgery comforting.

The salesmen, Jonathan, was great. He followed the entire build/delivery process. When the car arrived at the dealership, he sent us the attached photos. When it was ready for pickup, we scheduled an appointment and 90 minutes later we were driving down the road in our new car. I’ve said it before, if you’re in Pima or Pinal County, go to Oro to buy your car. The entire process was a piece of cake, and by paying Pinal vs Pima Co tax, we saved over $2k on our car.

I just purchased a new 2022 Ford Edge here at Oro Ford and my experience with the dealership was great!! Crissa my sales person was very attentive and made the whole process very easy. Bobby the finance manager is a joy to work with and he worked really hard and got me a great rate with no problems at all. Thank you both so much. This is a great place to buy a vehicle!! Our salesperson Sammie was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Sammie even followed up the next day to make sure everything was fine. Bobby the sales manager was on top of everything, finding us the best rates.Oro Ford changed from Oracle Ford. Wow, what a difference!? A lot of inventory to choose from. Jake from the service department was extremely helpful righting some wrongs from previous owners.If you're fed up with the two other Ford dealers in Tucson go to Oro Ford. They will do their best to find something that suits your needs.

ORO Ford is awesome! We had an unexpected car repair and Hayley was able to help us with scheduling to ensure we got it taken care of in a timely manner. They even provided us with a loner vehicle. While we were at the dealership we looked at some new vehicles. Jonathan was very very helpful and not pushy. We did not buy at this time but if we purchase a new Ford, it will be from ORO Ford! Great experience....worth the drive.

Great place worth the drive! Oro Ford beat the Tucson dealers hands down on the deal, plus they don’t have all the dealer “add ons” like the two Tucson dealers. Only suggestion would be get a hot dog cart and have some burgers and dog available, I’m sure it would be greatly appreciated! Once again great, no stress purchase and I love my new truck!

My husband's car has been in the shop for 2 weeks. It is near impossible to reach anyone in the service department. When you DO get ahold of them, they do not have relevant information (i.e. status of parts/ETA for car/etc.) and they say they will call you back. They don't. I even left two messages for the Service Manager directly to call back - one on his voicemail and the other with the front desk who assured me he would call back. I called again today to get ahold of the service department and was not routed through because they are "short-staffed." I, too, am short-staffed - my family is down to one car and that is very difficult given our varying work/childcare schedules. I wouldn't care the car is taking so long if they would communicate better, provide a loaner, etc. I also don't appreciate the obviously annoyed tone by the service advisor when you DO get the privilege of speaking with them. I understand they may want to clock out at 4:28pm but it is not unreasonable to request a status update during normal business hours. Especially when you're already waiting for several calls back. Furthermore, the advisor claimed to have left a message on my husband's cell phone with an update but after checking his call log, it did not happen. I even triple-checked mine to make sure I didn't miss something. Perhaps she did call someone with an update. It just wasn't us. Even after I articulated the discrepancy she was indignant she told us. It's simply not accurate. After this service we were going to purchase a new Ford vehicle with them. Now we do not have the confidence to do that and will go elsewhere.

We bought a Ford Maverick recently. What a wonderful experience. The staff are so knowledgeable and pleasant. They made the car buying experience great and saved me money as well. We will buy cars from here in the future for sure.
