Don't expect to receive ANY package from this post office they will hold your packages and mail. Then blame it on "not being aloud to back up" as a reason why they can't deliver your items.

Lady with long grey hair is condescending and rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but still should treat patrons with respect.

We ship some items through postal pick up at the house. We weigh every package and even overstate to insure we don't have the package returned. The postmaster at this location had the sack to ask the postman to come to my house for $3 I undercharged for my shipping he claimed. $3! I felt bad for him because he is a nice guy and gave him $3. I then went back and checked all the packages from that shipment and I overcharged myself $9.35 total for adding weight to be safe. And we wonder why the post office is dying with people like that running the show. Postmaster here needs to get a life for that performance.

- The ladies here send all of mine and my mom's stuff back to sender.- They have folded my court certification from the Supreme Court and otherwise other very important documents.- Once they complained about my two last names and that it was difficult for them to keep up with my mail because of this so instead I used one last name and then they proceeded to not give me my mail and said that I needed my name as it was on my ID??? But they complained about my two last names in the first place...Everytime we go in, they claim that no information can be disclosed without my dad even though my mom is in charge of all matters. It's a shame that this is the behavior of the ladies seeing as the Post Office is going through a crisis at the moment, it makes it difficult to support such cause when in reality they just cause us more problems.

The worst post office ever every time I ask what time the mail comes I get a different answer from every one of them and then last week I had a package get there at 7:30 in the morning on Saturday and it wasn't ready till like 1:30 they close at 12 and I still got a yellow postcard in my box but they could have put it in the big box with the orange key. And since it was a holiday on Monday I didn't get my package til Tuesday

Small town USPS post office, where everything seems to always run smoothly. Mail is typically in the PO Box by noon, and pickup of packets & signed for deliveries is quick.Note: due to the COVID-19 restrictions the number of the people in the service area is limited (I think, to six). The ladies working at the office are the most delightful and helpful. If there is a question, they will find out an answer.

I think the employees of this post office are trying to lose business so they don't have to work. I think they should consider that getting mail to a small town like Oracle is hard enough without them making it impossible. I have repeatedly tried to mail gifts to family in Oracle. For example, today I got a message from Amazon saying that the package could not be delivered and was being held at the post office until they can get more information. I called within an hour to tell them whatever they need to know, and I was told that the package was "probably sent back" but she refused to check. Amazon shows it is still being held at the post office, so I tried to call back. No one will answer the phone. I'm not on hold, there is no busy signal or recorded message, it just rings and rings until my call times out. I have called repeatedly. This is not the first time it has happened.

NO Local phone number to be able to call and ask questions that is not listed on the irritating 800 number talking to an automated service that doesn't help me at all!!! I have questions about my Post office box there and have to drive there just to get a damn question answered!!

Always helpful and friendly. They helped to get a mailbox established for a nondeliverable address. I expected red tape, delays, and obstacles but they made it quick and painless.

Good luck getting any type of delivery problem solved. I have had some of my mail returned every month for months now and I report it every month and every month they say its fixed and then deliveries are returned. Postal service is random here.
