They offer a warranty which is a complete scam. I filed a claim on a couch that I paid thousands of dollars for that was falling apart and they sent someone out and informed us we would hear back and we never did. After calling them several times to follow up they tell us the claim was denied because of some bs excuse. Their representative was awful and it's quite clear their protection plan is a big money grab. I will never shop here again.

Don't even go in this store unless you like frustration!Nice salesman. Poor store policies, customer service, and management. Ordered 5 items. Delivery 4-6 weeks. 3 out of 5 items arrive in 4 weeks, but the shelves do not fit in 2 cabinets. Customer service says they can send someone to trim the shelves in 2 months. The cabinets cannot be used in the meantime. The other two items, maybe wait another month. Haha!The worst furniture experience ever.

Back to back delays & a lack of communication from salesperson Cindy, who also incorrectly put down my home address causing my couch to be sent back to the store after already such a long wait. I corrected her error as soon as she repeated my address back to me when I made the purchase. Not sure why she still proceeded to submit the incorrect address. Spoke to Ashley’s delivery department & they say this is common occurrence where the salesperson just won’t take the time to make the corrections needed on address errors, creating more work for them. Don’t even get me started on the accidental cancellation they did on my order, corrected immediately by a manager there thankfully. Quite the staff that works here. Save yourself the headache & maybe try shopping at another Ashley’s location. Hopefully they are much better than this one.

Bought a rug, got no updates for 3 months. No one could tell me where it was. Canceled the order and bought it online. Arrived in 2 days for $20 cheaper.Two stars because they bake cookies.

I have had a great experience with your Salesman Kile at the Marketplace Ashley store. He has been helpful, problem solving to my satisfaction, great communication, especially his follow up. I was originally working with another salesman. But I havent heard from him since his return from vacation. KILE IS A HUGE ASSET to your company. I worked in customer service for 30yrs and you are lucky to have him. Now if my 2 deliveries happen without any delays or problems then this review stands!

Mixed review, unfortunately. We bought a sectional and multiple pillows from the Oro Valley store. The sales people were very nice. The delivery person, however, was an absolute jerk. He was rude, obnoxious, dismissive and unprofessional. The sectional is good, but we needed to wait until it arrived to go through the pillows and make decisions. Despite the fact that they are brand new, in bags, with tags on, they will not accept returns or exchanges after 48 hours. That’s right, 48 HOURS. I can understand that on furniture, but on decor??? Absolutely ridiculous. I will never shop for decor from them again as a result. What a shame. I could understand even a 14 day policy, but 48 hours?? No thank you. BE WARNED!!

Many thanks to Paul Wilson and Aaron Caughlan for going above and beyond to help me. I was unable to assemble an Ashley chair that I'd bought online. Since the online service was of little help, in desperation I brought the pieces to this store and asked for help...mercy, really. These guys had no reason to help me, but instead Paul asked Aaron to assemble the chair, which he did in no time at all. Maybe they just wanted to make me feel better, but they said that Aaron had to make small adjustments to make the pieces fit together.I will definitely be back to purchase. Thanks!♥

They attempted to deliver a used sofa with dog hair all over, with food on it and or body fluids all over sofa. It was ripped and scuffed. Only professional person was delivery driver. When I called salesperson Jared said oh it was a mistake, this is beyond a mistake! Is Ashley selling used stuff and charging it asnew? Still waiting for Manger call back!

The floor sales person, Cindy, made the sale!! She was knowledgeable about the product and very professionally explained info about the additional warranty. Not pushy. Her personality was sincere and honest. I will be back.

This is actually Rhoda’s daughter, Jessica. When we bought our furniture, we were encouraged to purchase the premium plus warranty plan because we have kids. We did and now that our chair is broken, I have been hung up on, calls have not been returned, a rep came to my house and shamed my kids saying they broke it, and I can not get any results. They claimed my kids broke it. My husband sat in the chair and tried to recline when the entire top fell off. Do not shop here because they are dishonest to the core!!!

We purchased family room furniture from Ashley's at 11935 North Oracle Rd in Tucson AZ. They talked us into buying the premium plus warranty since we had kids, so we did. Now, a chair has broken and they are refusing to repair or replace it. They sent out a rep and the entire visit he shamed my boys for breaking it. They felt awful. In fact, they weren't the ones who broke it at all. My husband (this is known as his chair) leaned back in it because it is a recliner and the entire top fell off! I have been hung up on once. Waited on the line for well over an hour, and I was told I would receive a return call immediately. I have tried calling again for the last several days and no one answers. I am just placed on hold. I wish I had looked at their Twitter account earlier before purchasing anything there... it is filled with nothing but complaints! This company is a cheat! I will never shop there again!

It would be great if this company could do the one thing they are in business to do which is sell people furniture and have it delivered. The first part they got down great they will most definitely sell you what you want. But getting it delivered is an entirely different story. I bought a recliner 11 weeks ago so going on three months ago and it still has not arrived. My sales person was friendly but after hearing it’s still hasn’t arrived for the 30th time it became old so I canceled my order yesterday. Sorry but three months is way too long to wait for a basic recliner. They shouldn’t have items out on the sales floor unless it can be delivered within a week. I will never go to Ashley again after this experience. If you like to spend money on nothing i recommend going here. If you want the furniture actually delivered to your house I would go literally anywhere else. Total waste of my time and gas to get there.

We were in the market for a new master bedroom mattress. Our sales person, Jeff, was very professional, extremely knowledgeable about every mattress and there was no pressure on his part to make a sale. We were very comfortable in making our purchase.

The Sales Person, Jeffrey Chadwick, was wonderful to work with. I explained what I was looking for - he took me to where he thought it would be - when it wasn't he went the extra mile and found exactly what I wanted - purchased it, he arranged for assembly and delivery - I left the store "one very happy camper". I would recommend Jeffrey Chadwick to be your "go to" guy at the Ashley Store in Oro Valley.
