You shouldn't have to argue with a wet behind the ears, pharmacy tech to get get your BP meds refilled. This place SUCKS!!!! I'm going back to Walgreen.

This CVS Pharmacy is my favorite for their pharmacy staff, there are two pharmacists there who are great: Charles and Mallory. My favorite pharmacy tech is Shane. Always professional, friendly and helpful.

A pharmacy employee, was incredibly rude. I went to pick up a prescription and they kept rolling their eyes and huffing. Normally I don't let this sort of thing bother me but literally all they had to do was accept my payment and grab a paper bag. It was a simple task and to be given so much attitude over it was just insane to me. I understand having bad days but that doesn't mean taking it out on others. I work in retail and never would you catch me having this sort of attitude with a customer regardless of how I'm doing. Plus I have a great work environment so I'm not prone to feel upset. Which brings me to my next point; However if this CVS is a toxic workplace sort of thing then I wish the employee luck finding something better because I've been in a bad work environment before too, it sucks not having proper support or unreliable and snobby coworkers ?.

Myrna is one of the worst employees there I've ever encountered. I was grabbing a bag of candy that I saw was on sale (tag was there right in front of it.) Scanned it at self check out, regular price so here comes Myrna but not after some prompting from another sweet employee since Myrna was too busy chatting it up with someone (not at check out, just chatting to the side). Myrna immediately looked annoyed that her chatting time was interrupted, came over and scanned the item with her pricing tool, said it isn't on sale. Okay, showed her a picture where the tag was saying the cost. She repeated herself saying it isn't on sale and NEVER ONCE offered to fix the price since that is CVS' policy. Disgusted with how she approached the whole thing, I ditched the rest of the items at the check out. After making a call to CVS customer care, I was told that they are supposed to honor the price if there's a tag left behind (I looked closely at the picture and it was ended 10/31, yet it was November 9th- no employee took it off until then), so I called the CVS Oro Valley location and spoke with a Martha. She told me that Myrna isn't "all there" because her father died. Okay, that's Myrna's personal business and the store manager should not be telling me this stuff. This also does not excuse her behavior and treatment towards me, she shouldn't been at work if she's grieving!!!! Then Myrna had the nerve to lie to Martha telling her that she was going to help me by matching the sale price but I got upset. I'm sorry but that is bullcrap and a lie. If Myrna was really going to help me, she would have just went ahead and put in the sale price instead of telling me several times that it isn't on sale especially after showing her a picture of the tag still there in front of the item I wanted to buy. I told Martha to review the cameras because that is NOT what happened whatsoever. Martha again impressed the fact that Myrna's dad died several times and she isn't right in the head (her words, not mine!)While I applaud Martha for rectifying the situation by giving me a bigger bag at the sale price I saw, the whole thing still left a bad taste in my mouth. Martha making excuses for Myrna's behavior is NOT OKAY and Myrna should have been sent home to deal with her loss instead of being at work making Martha have to clean up after Myrna.

A HUGE thank you to Armani in pharmacy. She went the ‘extra mile’ to figure out why I had run out of my daughter’s epilepsy prescription one month early. After checking the dispensary video, she determined the error was on the part of the pharmacy- they had dispensed a 60 day supply instead of the full 90. She filled the remaining “owed” tablets and had it ready for me to pick up. She was calm and great at assuaging my anxiety about running out of my daughter’s medication. Armani is a big asset to CVS pharmacy! Thank you!!!!

I am a relatively new shopper of CVS stores. I was very pleased with the great variety of products available and even happier with the great pricing/sales. I plan to shop there more frequently.

Pharmacy is garbage ! Workers are rude , condescending and u helpful . Went to pick up grandmothers rx after she had hip surgery . They didn't bother to mention the were out of the pain meds she was prescribed , so at bedtime when we found they had not given it was too late to contact doctor . She suffered all night with no relief , after almost 2 days of no pain meds went back after doctor called in a different rx, once again rudely they said their systems are down and can't help . Word of advice from someone in the healthcare field , if you are miserable and can't be at minimum decent to people find a new job , preferably somewhere in a cubicle with no contact with others . Do better ! The irony is all the windows have signs that say " it cost nothing to be kind ".

I had a coupon for $7 off $35 purchase of cold & flu products. However, it was impossible to redeem, since there was a purchase limit of 2 cold/flu products.I do understand the reasoning behind this, as I have, many times, found my "usual" CVS (that has no limit) bare-shelved, when shopping for cold & flu products.Although disappointed that I was not able to utilize my care pass coupon, I was pleased to have been able to bring home the products that I needed tonight.

Pharmacy is not interested in assisting customers through the Medicare process to ensure prescriptions are properly processed. In the words of the manager "I am tired of dealing with Medicare." Wonder what percentage of their business is Medicare and why he would work where it's requirement of his job?

I placed an online order for poster photos at the ONE location in Tucson that says they have them. I then went to pick them up 30 minutes away from my home only to be told that the store “doesn’t do that.” I told them I had already paid and needed a refund. They told me they can’t do that and I have to call instead. I call and get transferred to the “corporate photo line” where I wait on hold and nobody ever answers, so I finally sent an email. The man at the counter was very kind even though he couldn't help, but the other employee there was very dismissive and rude. When I told them that they are the only location listed as having them available, she told me that it was corporates fault. I was offered no apologies, assistance, or refund while in store. I was able to get my refund via sending an email since I couldn't get an answer, but was still very disappointed in the customer service and will take my business elsewhere.

They sell CPAP supplies but nobody knows anything about the hoses they sell. We needed one in November for Thanks Giving and the staff couldn't be bothered to help us and the pharmacist said to call our doctor. This was a missed opportunity to sell us an over priced hose that we ordered on Amazon and arrived the next day for half the price and it fit my husband's machine fine.
