Ordered an Igloo cooler from their website and selected store pickup. Decided to just go in and pick it up rather than doing curbside, which they do offer. Gotta get those steps in! :-) Went right to the register, gave my name, the clerk asked to see ID to verify it was me, and off I went. Easy peasy! Great customer service. Thank you!

All yoga mats are labeled $50. Every item I brought to the register they told me 80 or $110, and kept asking if I wanted somebody to come over and help me. Nobody came to help me when I agreed. This store is a joke, spend your money elsewhere. I wasted my gas and time coming here and will not return.

I went in for a pair of sweats that were on sale (both in store and online). As a was leaving the store, I checked my receipt and saw that I was only charged sale price for one of the two items. I didn’t want to be that ONE customer but I went back in and checked the sale signs along with the total price online. Including shipping online, it was less than what I had been charged. When I went up to the counter and tried to ask for clarification from the team member (Mildred), she immediately reacted with a bad attitude. She ended up fixing it which I appreciated but she was obviously very bothered and not wanting to look or speak to me. I understand it’s an inconvenience but that’s not the way any situation should be handled by an employee. It was unprofessional and uncalled for. If an employee is going to react like that when being confronted with a *possible* mistake, they should not be working for a company such as Dick’s where good customer service is vital and when mistakes could be more common during the busy holiday season.

I bought some Adidas tennis shoes and asked the cashier if they had a guarantee and she didn't know, I spoke to someone else and she didn't know either, the cashier immediately didn't know either, the employees are very poorly trained, in addition to giving terrible treatment to customers.

Lines take forever, employees ringing up take their sweet time. Items disorganized, place is messy & needs regular cleaning. Management needs to overhaul this place and respect customers' time.

Dick’s refused to honor a return for a golf travel bag used exactly twice that turned out to be an inferior product unable to withstand the rigors of an airplane baggage compartment. Product was virtually brand new but outside Dick’s 90-day return policy. Please stand behind products you sell us. All retailers do now. You’ve lost me as a client. Policies should be amended at manager’s discretion when they are clearly unfair to the (previously loyal) client.

Decent online prices when they have sales. Great return policy = at any bricks/mortar store. NOTE: interior mall doors only open at 11a when rest of mall opens but exterior parking lot doors open at 9am!

Big store, limited stock of accessories for whatever sport you're into. Bicycle accessories were limited to one mirror, no choices. I noticed the the same issues with baseball, hiking and just about everything else. Except golf, an entire section was just for golf but given the community it isn't too surprising. More expensive than your average sporting store but there are other options out there besides Dicks. One clerk and no staff walking around helping customers. I think maybe a manager or someone from corporate could easily fix these issues. One thing is certain and plentiful, free mall parking.

For being one of the only sports stores in town they do not have shoes in the correct size ever in stock. Always online. In multiple varieties as well. Not to mention over priced as well. 2 stars because the employee that tried to help was as helpful and polite. Might as well stick to online shopping.

White guy with glasses that was at the register was very rude. Football gloves were priced at 34.99 on the selves and when we go to the counter they rung up as $70. I asked the cashier if someone could show us where the correct gloves were and if they have some larger sizes. I went over to the gloves and the other gentleman was kind enough to show us and confirmed that in fact the entire two rows were priced wrong and said he would price match because it was clearly and error on their end and when we returned the same white guy was nasty and rude and refused to honor the price match. Safe to say we will not be returning to that store.
