Talissa made my move from MO so easy and enjoyable. If it wasn't for her enthusiasm and customer service dedication to getting me the right storage size I would not have picked the correct unit and would have dreaded yet another part of the moving experience when I moved to tucson in July

would not recommend doing business with this company. I originally paid 3 months up front then gave them my card for auto payments. Left out of town most of summer and my bank stopped my card for four days due to a theft suspicion. These guys hit me with massive penalty charges. When they called i gave them new number and paid the bill in full. Offered my bankers phone number and asked them to reverse penalties after they confirmed with my banker. They said they would check and call me back. They never called me back or even bothered to call my banker to confirm story. I then called them and they refused to give me credits due to the circumstances. I sent a crew out there the next weekend and removed both my units to another storage facility.

I’ve had some negative experiences with storage facilities and companies before but this place is just fantastic. The staff, Talissa specifically, has been so helpful and communicative. If you’re looking for storage in Tucson this is absolutely the place to go!

Super efficient and no-nonsense experience. Assistant Manager Samantha Petruska really catered to my needs from space size to move-in timing. She even set me up for senior discount without me asking. Rates are great too. If you need storage in OV, rent here.

I would’ve rated this company a 5 because everything went smooth until they doubled the web rates after 3 months of storage. The new online web rates are still lower than what we originally paid yet they wanted us to pay twice as much for the same unit to stay! Not good business practices. We worked it out but had to pay for next 9 months in advance to keep the same rate. ?
