I usually visit a specific stylist here but she was not there so I decided to take a chance and go with one of the stylists who was working. I got a general trim to take a few inches off and I had to correct it at home since it was so uneven. There were entire chunks of hair that had been completely missed, with inches of hair clearly not having been cut to match the rest of the length. I also got my bangs trimmed and I specifically stated and showed the length I like to have my bangs at, ensuring that the stylist kept them a longer length. However, the stylist cut them way too short, directly going against what I’d specifically asked for and never stopping to ask if I liked the length until the damage was already done. Now, I will have to wait until they grow out to be able to style them in any way and will have to go through a few weeks of them being my least favorite part of my appearance. I will not be returning because of how badly this cut went and the fact that I am going to have to wait so long for it to grow out.

Have gone to this particular location 3 times. Typically the hair stylist ask questions to ensure and are very good at what they do. I had heather, she was very rough and heavy handed and chopped way too much off top without me being able to say a word as well as it being uneven.

I came into this location twice before closing hours. On the first occasion, there were about 20-25 minutes left until closing time, and I was told I came in too late. I simply needed a quick trim. The same thing happened when I went in on my 2nd attempt. I asked to speak to a manager- she informed me that the employees needed to get back to their families, which is why I was not able to receive services. As a place of business, I expected business being conducted until the closing time. All of us in this world would love to leave our jobs early, but we are obligated to stay under our contracted hours or we will no longer have a job. As a teacher, if a parent came in towards the end of my day, and I told this parent I needed to get home to my family and could not help them despite this being my job, I can guarantee that my principal would replace me. Very disappointed as this has been a reoccurring pattern at this location. I did end up going to Supercuts after I was denied services, and I was informed they have received customers from this particular Great Clips location for the same reasons. Definitely making a formal complaint.

this fat lady butchered my hair here i had longer than mid stoumach hair and she said she would cut 2 inches cause of my dead ends but she cut it an inch below my shoulders and i asked for layers throughout my hair and she didnt give me any and she didnt ask me how i wanted the face frame infront on my hair where it should start so she cut it too low
