Oh my goodness. A toy store for adults. So many beautiful things to look at. I found my hand mixer, a nice one too for a good price. But I spent another hour looking at all the fabulous things.

Don't go here if you are unhappy. You will leave spending too much money in attempts to somehow fill the empty part of your soul. Other than that, they have a nice selection of picture frames.

Great selection of items but they need to do better inventory. I spent 2hrs in the store picking out my items . When checking the mirrors on the price checker in the isle ,2 of the mirrors came up without a price . They both had sale stickers on them, so I decided on which one I wanted. When I got to the register to pay asked how much it was , and I was told the mirror I picked out was out of stock ..I asked the clerk out of stock? There's one right here and I was told I can't purchase it because it should of been removed from the floor . Very strange. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.

So Iāve tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt. When I first began shopping consistently and no one knew I was there looking for Hello Kitty items, the employees were pretty much always nice to me. Once they figured out I was there for Hello Kitty, that completely changed. Shopping there became a stressful and uncomfortable experience for me. Going from employees telling me they canāt help me find anything over the phone to they canāt help me with anything at all. The manager approached me to talk about my experience and said that employees were scared of helping me because I looked agitated. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed that was the case except that my friends have all had the same experience I have, that employees and managers alike tend to be rude to anyone there that shops for Hello Kitty. Although she claims the reason why the employees canāt help me is because I come off as agitated, she told me to ask for a manager and I would get the help that I need. She said they could even pull things from the back. She claims that employees say they wonāt help with HK because they think I will get them into trouble. Iāve approached several employees, tried to calm down my āagitated,ā nature to see if they would answer any questions. Employees continue to say they canāt help even though the manager assured me they could. Yesterday my friend went to the store and knew they had the nurse HK ceramic in the back. She asked a manager if they had the ceramic. The managers very rudely said āHello Kitty is a restricted item. I canāt help you.ā She then completely ignores her and goes back to staring at her clipboard. My friend wasnāt agitated yesterday. Similarly to me, she feels uncomfortable and disrespected by these employees. I became āagitated,ā when I noticed that I wasnāt being treated like a customer should, excuse me for wanting to be treated with respect. Iāve tried being understanding considering the craze. Everyone and their mama is looking for HK. Much to my surprise, I went to several Homegoods stores last weekend and every single employee I spoke to was kind and answered every question I had about Hello Kitty. Phoenix is huge and thereās a lot of people looking for HK there. Why is it that they can be kind and accommodating but this store canāt? Why is it that those stores arenāt describing me as āagitated.ā Thereās this animosity and resentment towards anyone looking for HK items that needs to be addressed. Looking at this storeās reviews, Iām not surprised to see other customers have had a similar experience with employees being rude.

I went to shop with a friend and her daughter Thursday, June 20th.
I had selected two items that had been marked down with the red price tag on them. I normally walk out of there with a basket FULL of great stuff but it seems that their selection was lacking.
The cashier took my two items, she rang them in and then told me that they were not on sale. She said they were mis-marked. One of the items I was only going to get because it was so cheap and cute. The other was a coat hanger that I really wanted. So I paid full price! Way more than the red sticker price⦠The other, she started to call for a price check. I told her never mind, whatever the price, if it wasnāt on sale, I didnāt need another nick-knack.
The whole time she acted like I was trying to steal the two things from the store. She said someone placed the sale price tags on these items from some other items. She was rude and made me feel like she was accusing me of wrong doing. Then she started telling all other cashiers to watch out for tags that are on the wrong items. She had an associate come to get the nick-knack to get a price. I tried to tell the associate where I found it, on clearance on an end cap. But she rudely walked off. I told the cashier that I tried to tell her and the cashier rudely said she would let her know if she needed to. Man, Iāve never felt accused of stealing yet this is how I felt. My friend and I left and I told her what happened. She said it was quite strange and she was glad she hadnāt bought anything on clearance. We did agree not to go back to that store anymore.
Their customer service skills lack and the management must not have much of a clue if their products are marked wrong.

Iāve enjoyed shopping here for years yet today was a very bad experience. I found a dog stroller that I was interested in yet it had no price tag. I went to the front counter and asked a blonde lady if she could help me by checking what the price was. She walked ahead of me rudely and went to the products. There were several that were the same brand but this one was totally different with different wheels and unlined like the others. She told me that the others were $179 so this one also was that price. I shared the differences in wheel size etc and she replied do you want this or not.
And just like that I will never shop here or any other brand of this company again. Totally rude representation of your brand.
