My hair stylist,Lori, is fabulous and great at what she does particularly with relaxing my kinky and thick African hair. She is extremely pleasant and has a great sense of humor. Everyone at Imagen is very friendly and welcoming. 5-star service!!! Love it!!!

Because we have been doing quite a bit of traveling recently, it has been wonderful that Erica has given me a perfect cut and style that I can easily maintain when we are out of town! The fabulous color and highlights also stay looking great for weeks!Our family has been going to Erica for almost 10 years. We have always found her to be extremely professional and incredibly personable - which is such a great combination!We are so thankful to have found Erica! She is a great listener and never has an unkind word to say. She has created a style and color that is perfect for me!

This has been my worst experience ever at a salon/spa. When scheduling I requested an experienced stylist for a root touch up, highlights touched up and a trim. I did want a bit of contrast so I brough photos. Come to find out upon checking after the fact, Justina has only been licensed 8 months and it is apparent that she should still be in training or at the least supervised closely which was not the case. After four hours I left with patches of grey roots, no highlights remaining, and an orange tinge to my hair (long story), exactly everything I expressly asked not to have. Haircut was also uneven and choppy.So, a couple days later after trying to work with it I called the salon manager in hopes something could be done. She was very kind and apologetic and arranged for an experienced stylist, Erica to redo my hair.This is where the situation gets bad. I arrive at the second appointment, and all seems well, Erica assesses my hair and goes back to prepare the color. When she returns quite a bit later, she is upset and berates me, telling me she spoke with Justina and basically calls me a liar. She would add a few highlights but that is it. I asked to speak with the manager again and Erica responds, "I am handling this now". And continues to berate me in front of another client and stylist in the next chair.There is much more that transpired, it was a very upsetting experience and I do not understand where the hostility came from. As I am leaving the appointment Erica actually said to me "just so you know, as an experienced stylist I charge much more than Justina, this service would have cost you $287. Well, this is the issue, I requested an experienced stylist, I am always willing to pay for the service and have never hesitated to pay well over $300 for a complete color and cut. I was not looking for a freebie and had paid significantly for the service I received. As I was leaving Erica repeatedly said "Just so you know" three times to me. This has been one of the strangest experiences, it is just hard to understand. Erica noted the roots not being covered, the haircut being uneven, the monochrome color, her word. How this could be my fault is beyond me.I am not leaving this review to be vindictive; I just hope it can help someone else in the future avoid a similar situation or even the business make some much need changes.

My Mom recently got her hair styled here. They took over 4 houra and could not get her hair done right. She went home and later when I saw it it looked awful. She called them up and asked them to fix it, which the manager agreed to. Before she went back she had pulled out $100 that she was going to give the person fixing her hair.The manager was apparently not in when my Mom went back and the person fixing her hair proceeded to berate and insult her in front of other customers and coworkers. My Mom was texting me as this was happening. She went home and cried because they treated her so bad.My Mom is a very kind person who recently lost her husband. She did not deserve how you guys treated her. Your stylist talked themselves out of $100 as well.Looking at reviews this place used to be quite good, but recent reviews paint the picture of a place that has gone down hill.Be nice to people. There is no reason not to be. We're all human beings and should support places that treat people with decency.

First time I came was one of the best cut & color I had in a long time. $95 and about 1.5 hrs. Next time $195, 3.5 hrs and not nearly as good. Also the place is too dark to see the color & you aren't offered water or coffee. I'm even offered water at my dogs groomer! What kind of spa doesn't offer water!

Salon is beautiful and service from people checking you in is great. Debbie who did my my pedicure was TERRIBLE. Didn’t massage my calves and said she was worried about blood clots….I’m like what??? Spent maybe a minute massaging each foot. I politely asked for more pressure and she said sorry that’s the best I can do. I asked about getting sugar scrub and she said that’s an add on and I said I’d like to consider it and she just said oh your legs are fine and never gave me the option to get it. It seemed like she wanted to exert the least effort possible in doing the pedicure. If she doesn’t have enough hand strength or energy to do a proper pedi massage she should only do hands in future. So disappointing.As I checked out the girl at the desk was super nice and didn’t want to charge me which I greatly appreciated. I said no, I am walking out with my toes cleaned up and new polish so I should pay, so she ultimately discounted my pedi which was more than fair. It’s why I gave two stars instead of one. I would reco the salon just avoid Debbie if you want a proper pedicure.

I received an all day spa treatment yesterday, which included several services. It was fantastic. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Excellent atmosphere and services.

Mandy is pure magic with hair. I came in with a same day appointment. Receptionist was very friendly and there was no wait for my appt time. Mandy listened to what I wanted and I showed her a pic of how I wanted it styled after the cut. Cut is perfect, style is perfect. I’ve never had a stylist actually do the exact soft wave I’ve been looking for until now. I’ve found MY hairstylist after being in Oro Valley for years. She even gave me some amazing tips for when I’m ready to go “natural curly” with my hair. I walked out feeling amazing, feeling “pretty” and I 100% will be going back to her for my next cut.

Pedicure was good. Kind of high price for a very simple pedicure. $45 for the most basic and then of course a tip $10. The technician was great but the desk staff not so nice. Maybe they think they have reason to be haughty. I would not agree. They're servants right?! Lol ????

I'm very disappointed. I had a spa day scheduled for massage and haircut and color. Had it booked like 6 weeks in advance and they had to cancel. I get it... emergencies happen. But they never tried to call and reschedule. I got one call that they had to cancel and they had no one to replace so they couldn't reschedule but they shouldn't have canceled both appointments. They should've only canceled the massage. They assumed if I wasn't coming in for both appointments that I wouldn't want either. I am so frustrated it makes me cautious to return. It's so hard to schedule between work and family responsibilities. I really like this salon but this situation was poorly handled.
