The people who work in the actual facility are gems. That’s the only reason they don’t get zero stars!!!
The company (upper management) baits you in with a low rate “web rates” and then raises it on you, constantly. They know that moving is a pain and they expect you to just roll over and take it. Then when you ask to just not have your rate raised every couple months they say no. No talking to upper management because all they care about is what some algorithm says. Which begs the question, why are upper managers needed if the computer does all the work?!? It’s a horrible way to run a business as it builds ZERO brand loyalty. I would never recommend this company. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the local people who work on the office are good people.

Very clean, safe and secure storage facility. On-site manager extremely helpful in selecting correct size and location. Site was convenient and close to where we live, which was great given the frequent back and forth visits we did while emptying out the storage locker.

We loved working with Pati Davis and Pete Anderson! They were friendly, informative, helpful and knowledgeable! All of questions were answered and both Pati and Pete were anxious to help is in ANY WAY that they could! Prices were reasonable and discounts for Seniors given! We would recommend everyone to use their storage facility!

Pete & Patty were so welcoming and helpful when we arrived to move our possessions into our storage unit. It’s a wonderful facility and everything is so convenient and customer friendly. We are going to need a second storage unit in a few months, and we won’t be looking anywhere else.

Extra Space Storage is very clean and open. Parking to load and unload is never a problem. Carts are well maintained and available by the doors. Customer service is absolutely the BEST!!! Amiable staff and extremely helpful. The storage units are clean and hallways are well-lit and clean. I can't image a better place to store my extra items.

Fabulous experience to initiate the rental. Great communication and lock was waiting in storage unit after hours. Nice touch to have pre-opened the child proof packaging for the lock so I did not have to find a pair of scissors to cut the package open late into the night. Highly recommend this location!

Both of the managers, there are extremely helpful and very welcoming and always offering us bottles of water, especially on hot summer days!!
