When my part came in that I ordered it was late and the service tech was on his way out the door going home and he heard us talking about installing the battery box and came back to the counter and said he would install it now. I said no tomorrow will be fine and he insisted no I'll do it now for you. I was truly amazed he was willing to not leave for home and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. You certainly don't hear of that too often these days! Thank you all for the great service.”
