No not go to this store. Rude cashiers and they stole from us. As with the previous review I wish I could leave less than a one star review. See the details of our experience below. My wife bought some products from Sally's on 1st and Oracle and attempted to return them a couple days later. She had the receipt for the products. When the cashier reviewed the items to be returned and the receipt, she returned all the money spent except for one item. The cashier said that one item was not on the receipt. After 30 min of reviewing all the items the cashier refused to return the item to us. She even went as far to suggest that the product was stolen. Really poor training if any on customer service. Don't go here.

The manager lisa recommended wrong developer for my hair dye. I had asked her to read what the box said and she claimed it said 30vol but when I got my glasses and read it, it said to do whatever is appropriate for your hair. I was trying to dye my hair purple this is the color it developed to. If she had just told me that It didn't say it then i could've looked it up on my phone instead of ruining my hair. Also because it was 30vol instead of the 10vol I found out was the right one for my hair, well I left it in for the time the directions said and it fried the ends of my hair. I called her too to explain this and she was so rude and nasty. Then instead of giving me the district managers number or letting me leave it for her to give it she gave me the customer care line. Since it was closed I called another Sally's to explain that this happened and that this was the 2nd time too. Well the Sally's on la cholla offered to make it right either giving me a refund or giving me the Right developer and replacement color. They were nice and respectful. I'm waiting call back from district manager and will post when I hear from them because also the refund or replacement is nice and all but I have to cut over an inch of my hair now because of it being fried. Like legit I feel like she should pay for the hair cut I now have to get. Its ridiculous. Totally recommend the la cholla location though. Btw the picture makes it look reddish purple. The color was supposed to be violet.

I wish you were able to leave a review with zero stars! The customer service is horrible at this store! The staff are extremely rude! Do yourself a favor, save your money and go anywhere else but this store.

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because they often run out of my hair color and sometimes the employees don't know what I'm looking for. Like she didn't know the difference between Bobby pins and hair bun pins.

Best place to go for my hair needs. The products are very good. The employees are always checking on you to make sure you are doing well. Checkout is fast and simple.

Horrible service. The manager is a complete witch. And today I tried to call for their holiday hours, it rang about 15 times, then it hung up on me. Nice, real nice.
