I’m spending the winter in Tucson and wanted to find a place to exercise. I popped into SPENGA and was welcomed with open arms. I haven’t been to a gym since Covid hit and I was apprehensive. I’m 66 years old and wasn’t sure if I could do it. The 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of yoga is perfect. I’m absolutely loving the classes. I’m attending twice a week. The memberships are flexible and meet my needs as a winter resident. I’ve had 3 different instructors and they’ve all been great.

I moved here a year ago and was looking for a gym that challenges me while also allowing stress relief. This gym delivered far beyond any expectations. Not only do I get a great workout in but the staff and trainers are amazing. And the community of people is also incredible. (In addition, when I am feeling introverted I can get my workout in without having to speak to anyone!)

I absolutely love this place. The workout is the perfect mix of spin, strength, and yoga. The studio is clean and the instructors are fantastic & so friendly. I don’t feel judged at all, which is very different than some other group classes I’ve been in, and that’s very refreshing.

I love that I can get a full body workout in an hour. Ramp up with spin, heavier work in the middle with strength, and cool back down with yoga. The perfect recipe to relieve any tension or stress from the day.

Love Spenga! The workouts are different every day, the staff are energetic and amazing, and the scheduling is super easy. I recommend this to people of all fitness levels and abilities!

Very professional, clean, nice people and motivating instructors. Most importantly it is an extremely efficient one hour session, the stretch/yoga at the end let’s you leave feeling exhilarated instead of spent. I’m not normally a gym guy but it’s definitely worth it.

I have been coming to Spenga for a few months now, and I look forward to going every session. The staff are so friendly, know you by name when you walk in, and feel like family! I have officially lost 10 pounds since joining and feel stronger each time! Spin is hard for me still but strength is my absolute favorite! I was a little nervous but everyone from the front desk to the instructors were very friendly and knowledgeable. The instructor knew I was new and explained to me how to use my bike and the flow of how the class would work. Spinning, strength training, and yoga.The only thing that I can say negative is for me I needed more one with the strength training. I was confused on the reps per minute & transitioning into a new exercise.

Spenga is an awesome workout in a really cool upbeat atmosphere with instructors to motivate the whole time. It's clean and well organized and I can't think of one thing that would make it better-which is a lot coming from me!
