Employees are not friendly, period. Orders are usually wrong. Cleanliness is hit and miss. Getting too expensive.

Ordered online a flatbread 3 chicken melt. The chicken was completely raw, only noticed after taking a huge bite. Walked inside couldn’t even get a word out before I was told to wait for a manager and waved off rudely. They checked the temperature on it told me it was fine then gave me another raw chicken melt.

Came in to eat on 2/3/2024 at 2:30pm and Heard a manager reprimanding a employee where everyone in the dining room could hear it. Then he called a customer hostel. Just made us feel uncomfortable. Besides that everything was good. Should give that manager more training.

Best Taco Bell around!!! It might take a little bit longer to get your food but it's well worth the wait. Only takes a little bit longer because they take time to make sure your food is prepared right.

The staff at Taco bell (10815 N Oracle Rd) took care of me without hesitation. The manager on duty, day of (1/23/24), saw to it that I was taken care of. Cody made my order in a timely manner and was very professional. Thank you guys for the customer service and making me feel valued. Keep up the good work yall!Dietary restrictions: thank you for displaying the nutrition.

Old whiteguy on duty this morning was too lazy to whip out some green sauce and blast it in the microwave. "Its a lunch only thing" NO, lazy swine, it's a "give a damn". I'm not asking you to whip out a grilled chicken chalupa off theb lunch menu, it's a single cup of sauce! The girl at window was clueless. Their greasetrap was stankin overtime and it was only 7:15am! Location was never outstanding, but this was just pathetic

I'm literally just walking out of taco bell on oracle and PHENOMENAL customer service. Manager came up to let us know they didn't have any flaming hot fries for our burritos and gave us a few orders of cinnamon sticks and cinabons for no charge. Also 2 different workers were nice enough to compliment my wife on her tattoo and her band shirt. Great atmosphere and over and beyond from manager
