I just went in Target to purchase two bags of ice. This was my first and last time in this Target. I stopped at customer service, which was. Joy in the least busy, and asked if they had ice. They said yes, and I asked if I could just pay them for it. Two employees just looked at me as if they didn't understand English. I walked of and turned around and I said, "Thanks for no customer service!" This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. If they had only responded, either, "Yes, I will be happy to ring your ice up", or, "No, we cannot do that function here at the non-customer service desk." However, I got nothing from them, as if they did not understand English, which they obviously do, since they answered my first question! Respect yourselves and respect your customers! It's time to grow up!

Target is a mixed bag, leaning negative.Positives:This particular location is clean and well-tended. Their hours are convenient.Negatives:Many of the items can be found for better prices elsewhere. This isn't a store that will save you money. When they have a sale, you'll find that other items you get while shopping will cost you a bit more on the margins. I'm assuming that's their business model to make profits. Give the appearance of being discounted by discounting a handful of items, but then charge a bit more on everything else.Avoid getting the Target credit card. They make it difficult to close the account. They are aggressive about not closing your account, so be prepared to tell them to close it.

I've shopped at target for all long time in different locations around the country. Never have I experienced such cold, rude behavior from one cashier in particular (oro valley)The first time I went through her line, I thought she might be having a bad day so I let her abrasive personality slide. Shopped again today and the same cold cashier checked me out. Wow! This target is not up to par on their customer service. the customer who checked out behind me with the same cold cashier told me she's being the same way for three years. Honestly target? Good paying customers should not have to put up with such unfriendly and rude service.

This location is clean, well-stocked, and organized. When compared to others, this is a relatively quiet, peaceful department store to pick up your essentials. Recommended and will be back!

I LIKE Target for so many things....their help is helpful and nice and intelligent. they offer many choices for MOST THINGS. However, Target is sadly lacking in clothing for women.....nice clothing for women older that 18-25......it's all cut short or big hanging clothing or maternity and young adults...no style for younger middle aged or middle aged modern women. Awful stuff. We don't want bikinis cut up to there or down to there. A nice swimsuit would be nice. Blouses are horrendous. no nice pants....except I have gotten Knox Rose jeans there which I love and get compliments on....but I see them no more. No reasonable work out clothing. terrible. I've never seen any cute blouses or shirts for any holiday either. nothing for our age in shirts or blouses for Valentines Day, St. Patrick's day and on and on. COME ON TARGET......we're the ones who are looking for nice modern clothing for nice modern grown women...not kids.

It's four days till Christmas. It's only 7 o'clock in the evening and they literally have one cashier. ***I am not exaggerating. One cashier. ***Of course, you're welcome to check yourself out as they have six self-checkouts going. The lines were backed up and down the aisles. It blows my mind that this is acceptable.#hateTarget#boycottTarget

I love how clean and nice the staff is. I love how they continue to clean carts and counters showing customers they care about our health and safety.

Very disappointing Dollar Spot for Summer. I think I'm going to stop going to Target in the future. They never have what I've seen other people on YouTube purchase. It's very disappointing. ;(

I am thoroughly disgusted with the level of service I received today at the Oro Valley Target. Not only was I argued with over a purchase (that could have easily been resolved, as I asked what options I had), the cashier one aisle over decided to loudly speak to her own customers about how "none of this is our fault, we're just doing what corporate tells us to do!". She had NOTHING to do with my transaction and yet felt it was appropriate to complain and try to belittle me in front of other customers in an entirely different line? This is UNACCEPTABLE, and when I called Target Corporate afterwards, they were equally mortified. I was neither belligerent, disrespectful or loud. I was simply firm in knowing that there had to be options. Yeah, I sound like a "Karen" here, but had I not been put down and insulted by 2 different store employees, I would have nothing to complain about. The best part? An actual customer that had witnessed the transaction, came to me in the parking lot and offered a solution. I was more grateful to him, than anyone who actually worked at the store.

Heard a head supervisor making fun of a girl of her religion while shopping there, this target is horrible!

I'm rating 3 stars. Mainly because I've always had good experiences until recently. They've reduced their staff and have the self check out as the only option most times. Which would be fine, if I had a few things, but I had school supplies and clothes for 3 kids. I proceeded to ring them up and every item rang up higher than the shelf price. Nobody was around to help, so I paid and went to customer service. And waited. And waited. Because nobody was there. A nice woman comes to my rescue and after 20 minutes of going through every purchase, I was refunded just over $40 for overcharging. Now that is a huge amount they are making on those who aren't paying attention to the receipts. I emailed and received an apology, but they weren't too concerned. The same thing happened the next day at the Ina location with clothing. Jeans for my son were $8 higher than advertised. So I had to wait again for refunds.

It is now time to lower my previous review to a 2. Maybe someone at Target will read this and do something about the lack of cashiers at this location. Today they only had 1 cashier up front and the rest was self checkout. Needless to say all the lines were long. I watched a woman walk up and ask an employee that seemed to be at a register if she could take care of her. The employee responded by saying "no I only manage the self checkout". The employee didn't do anything (I mean, not even bat an eye) to help or call for help from other team members. When I finally checked out the cashier that was helping me made a comment about the ground turkey I was buying. She said "McCormick sells a good BBQ seasoning that would make turkey burgers taste good, I tried to do the turkey thing, but let's face it, they need all the help they can get. The last thing I want when I've waited for someone to take my money (which I'm not sure target even cares about) is for a cashier to make a negative comment about the product I'm buying. COME ON TARGET... TIME TO GET IT RIGHT AND AIM FOR HITTING THAT BULLSEYE!
