I am a disabled, homeless vet with a service dog. Not a sob story, merely to facilitate the facts to the review and the circumstances the owner is aware of. As such on Aug 9th 2025, I had VA meds delivered which required refrigeration. Unbeknownst to me , the VA shipped these while I was out of town and this UPs store which was holding these in their refrigeration unit was unable to adjust for the volume and the ice finally melted within the medication box and water ran down the refrigerator. A simple enough clean up. Afterall its only water, not the end of the world. Stated from my perspective. I received a disturbing call out of the blue , with no explanation except that I was no longer wanted as a customer and that there was water all over the refrigerator. Most likely water that drained to the bottom of the refrigerator. The owner Ehab Abdulllhadi (Alhadi). An individual highly prone to yelling, hyper-emotional, irrational behavior, and lack of critical thinking, However, verbally kept an open dialogue going in order to negotiate for a longer / higher yr long contract which is ethically , as if this is not, questionable. I would say, preditory seeing that hes doing this a a homeless, VA medically disabled vet. One who is already in a unfavorable fiscal situation. becase of the ongoing implied use of shipping , I never stopped VA medication mailing processes and on On Oct 22, 2025, the Refriegerated medication arrived again. Unbeknownst to me, he denied shipment and returned to sender. He then called me and indicated that he no longer wants me as a customer and that he rescinds any thoughts for a long term contract whatsoever. This doesnt help the shippers who have since shipped because I thought the implied shipping was ongoing . Once again, the ethics and clear misrepresentation of UPS standards are in question. I dont recommend the use of his stores, the two ups stores in Oro valley. Sooner or later, one will become a part of his ire and irrationallity IMHO. The BBB and corporate should be notified of this as well as the ADA and tucson veterans advocasy groups, which I intend to look into. I await their responce in the coming days when I am albe to facilitate this.

Middle eastern man was rude. I also feel that he upcharged me for no reason. When he rang up the delivery package it came up on the screen for $5 and he went it edited it and it looked like he manually edited it to $30 instead. And when I asked him why did it change and go up, he couldn’t give me an explanation. All he said was “that the cheapest price”. Would never deal with that man again. Go to a different UPS.

this place is a joke- $12 hold fee for a package. in the recent past i tried to use them for shipping a small package and it was $121.00 so i took it to usps and they charged under $20 with the package being received within 2 days. ups is a joke but these stand alone shops are even worse. shirt service at a premium. go to fedex or usps

Brought some unusually shaped items from the gem show (obsidian bats) in to be shipped to Massachusetts. The owner was helpful, offered suggestions and let me choose what options I thought were best. Items arrived in perfect condition, will be back next year!
