I was in on Friday (3/1) and had a great experience until check out... Petrona rang me up and was on her phone texting- she did it 3 different times and made no eye contact with me. As an Esthetician and former Cosmetic Sales Manager this was disappointing to say the least.

Disappointed. Employees should not be permitted to do treatments with four inch long nails. What the heck?! C’mon Ulta! I completely agree with the prior review. This store has a hygiene problem.

This Ulta never has the products that I'm looking for in shock. After time and time again, I only order online now, to a avoid wasting my time. I wish Ulta would get their inventory issues under control. It's really unfortunate for the consumer.

I recently attended this store today and was surprised by how I was treated. The manger was very unhelpful and impolite. I have never experienced such behavior in a Ulta Beauty store before this one.

I got my eyebrows waxed by this sweetheart at the brow boutique! Her name is jordan and she was phenominal! I love her and will definitely be coming back for more!!!?

The last few times I’ve been into the store at 11875 N. Oracle Rd., Tucson, AZ. the air conditioners have not been working and the employees do not know when it’s going to be fixed. And there’s a pregnant woman who helped me at the checkout last I was there and she was sweating because of how hot it was. The staff was great helping me out and I have no issues with them whatsoever, my complaint and concern is with the working environment that these ladies are in and it has been this way for months. Ulta beauty corporate should be ashamed of themselves, corporate appears to be lazy and neglectful of the environment their employees are working in. Not only could I tell they were uncomfortable in the store because of how warm it was but I wanted to leave and go somewhere else because I wasn’t comfortable either. Quit being cheap and fix your ac!

When the store is 90% void of customers and the stock boy still runs you down the aisle with his inventory cart instead of using the five empty aisles surrounding you…. Simple common sense goes a long way.The store was fine. It’s an ULTA, the customer service from the women in the store was perfect. The inventory boy could use some customer service guidance.

I grabbed the last super pomade in black (WITH A 50% DISCOUNT) as I was walking around the store, I asked an employee where the brushes were that could pick up the product well. She showed me a few brushes and suggested one, to that I asked if it would be sturdy enough to pick up the product. The employee proceeded to open the pomade and STICK HER FINGER IN IT. After that I still bought the pomade BECAUSE ITS 50% OF AND THE ONLY ONE LEFT. I have no complaints about the actual product other than it now has someone’s bacteria in it (also she stuck her finger in the middle so I basically can’t avoid the print) but I think the store has a serious hygiene problem if the employees go around opening products and sticking their fingers in it.

Great selection of items from many popular brands, would love to see more selection CeraVe items in stock though. Employee Gia was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and helped me find what I was looking for quickly as well as signing me up for the loyalty program that I will be using a lot more often.

Waited for 20 minutes at the cash register for Maria, the manager, to get off the phone. I wanted to purchase a gift card however there was an issue with it. No one else was able to help but Maria. Unacceptable for the long wait.
