Poor customer service. They refused to take Amazon packages with QR code. They tell me I have to use the self service only. No one was in the store and refused to take my package. Awful people working here.

I had some concerns with a package I dropped off at this location, so I called the store to ask about it. The man I spoke to (has an accent) was incredibly RUDE. Apparently simple questions really get under that guys skin, I couldn’t believe it when he started to raise his voice. Something is off with the people that work in there, I’m guessing that it’s probably a hostile work environment. Thank goodness that’s not the only UPS location in town, I will never step foot in there again.

They were able to ship my oddly shaped package for a good price. I didn't have to wait in a long line. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It’s an independent family working to provide a service to the community. Prices are ups prices. You buy a label or drop off an item to be shipped. Simple. Great folks and great for the community. Check out the Christmas boxes that just arrived, so cool. Easy and at a great price.

Don't bother using UPS or asking for information from this store. Good luck getting your package on time if you work a 9-5 and no one is home to sign for you. The alternative delivery option to a local UPS store for pick up is behind a paywall.

The price gouging here is ridiculous, I’ve used this location for several different services recently, passport photos, notary services, etc. Today I needed to print 4 things out for an early appointment and used them instead of the Office Depot next because they open earlier. I was charged $4 to print 4 sheet of 8x11 B&W regular print paper. They charged $3.27 for print setup but the manager/owner told me it for emailing. So because I sent it via email I was charged when that is literally the only way to send something to be printed. No rationale behind that price other than because that’s what they want to charge.

Quite nice, but change quite a bit for simple services like printing from USB. For some reason they charge a setup fee of a few dollars. Just an addon to get some money. If you need something printed go next door to OfficeMax and do it for free.
I did rent a mailbox from them for quite a few months and that was a good value. They also provided good service, checking for mail over the phone or sending texts when I had a package. So overall, mixed bag.

I have had the utmost wonderful experience at this UPS store.. I have been going here for several years. The Manager Ehab is the kindest ❤️man ever . I always get a greeting a hello from him makes me always want to go back to this store no matter where I live. Sana is quite a Gem ? she’ll do anything for you she is the master of all trades ?. I’ve seen her work under such pressure and still can have the most beautiful smile ? and a way about her that she makes you know your in the right hands. So between Sana and Ehab I never want to go anywhere else. Also Leena is the most unique ?individual I have met she greets me with a smile ?every single time I’m in the store. The Customer Service at this Store is Superb they deserve a Star ⭐️ for hard work and all the hustle and bustle. Customer Service is definitely not easy try their day for one day . I’ve been there long enough in one day it gave me a headache ? I’m not sure about the last review but how hard is it to scan your package at the kiosk. I actually like it the kiosk is quick and easy which is nice because then I’m in and out no hassles just quick and easy . I understand Oro Valley has alot of Seniors so they may find it difficult to use the kiosk modern technology is not always easy. Once one gets the hang of it it’s really easy ?……Thank You Ehab ….Sana and Leena for being such a Wonderful Team I don’t know what I would do without you ?⭐️???
