I was so happy to decide to transfer my prescriptions from the Dove Mountain Walgreens to the store. I'm consistently treated so rudely at Dove Mountain (with the exception on bespectacled man) and it was so refreshing to speak with someone so kind and professional, not to mention patient because I wasn't quite understanding some of the insurance and ordering aspects. I really appreciated it. 10 out of 10 recommend if you want to be treated well

Great service! Was just stopping in for nail polish and realized I could use more foundation. A very kind woman asked if she could help and quickly found me a perfect match. Very happy with the service, and Dimitri at the cash register was also nice. On a side note, the store was also very clean. Will certainly be back.

Every time I call their pharmacy, I am on hold for at least 30 minutes. The automated message says there is one caller ahead of me and I am still waiting. Then pharmacy picks up and asks if I can go on hold again. I hate this pharmacy and they are clearly understaffed.

The worst Walgreens pharmacy... I have called numerous times to get a prescription transferred and filled. Each time I call, they say the transfer was never put in. I also emphasize that I need it urgently as I need to take them daily... It's been almost a week now that I don't have my medication. At this point... I'm more willing to just make the 50 minute drive to pick up my meds while I find a different pharmacy.

This Walgreens location is getting worse and worse. Every single time I get a prescription, there is a delay and it takes several days to get it. There are often mistakes; they have issues with counting, or they overcharge me. The line in the drive-through moves agonizingly slowly. This evening was such a pain. I've been waiting for my three kids' prescriptions to be filled since yesterday morning. The app shows only two, and they're both delayed. Then I got an automated email that the third one is delayed, but it still didn't show up on the app. I got an "action required" email about that third one, stating that I needed to call my doctor for permission to get it refilled. But it wasn't supposed to be a refill; it was new, from a new doctor. I cancelled it on the app, but then tonight I got a call that it was ready (still nothing for the other two.) I went to pick it up, and it wasn't the one my new doctor had sent over, it was an old one from their former doctor. I should have checked the bag, but now I have a useless Rx, while I wait for the others. Is it normal to wait three to five days for a prescription? Because it is at the LaCanada Walgreens.

I've always had great experiences here and friendly interactions with the employees. Last Sunday I was in urgent care and needed my prescriptions filled. It was so late in the day that by the time I got home, I checked the pharmacy hours and it was closing in 8 minutes. I called and spoke to a man there who said he would wait a few extra minutes for me. I got there 1 or 2 minutes past 6:00, all the windows were closed up, and a woman went in the back and got my prescriptions for me. Thank you for your kindness!

This is my new Walgreens/pharmacy and truly all the staff are super friendly and welcome. The store is clean, well stocked and organized. The pharmacy always fills in time and is easy to work with. Five stars in my book.

It's true. For every Magna C** Laude Pharmacist graduate, someone has to graduate last in their class. And, some pharmacists harbor resentment of never becoming a physician. Not sure which one runs this pharmacy, but it's my opinion that a pharmacist should RARELY IF EVER unilaterally decide that they are "uncomfortable" filling my doctor's prescription - and summarily denied filling it. My doc ordered it - who the h - - l are you to deny my doctor's orders? INSANE!!! I had to take my scrip to another pharmacy. Then in the SAME WEEK, the pharmacist denied a DIFFERENT prescription reorder (that they had already filled it once) saying they were getting "verification" from my doc. Why a "verification" when my doc faxed the prescription and they had already filled it once. Anyway - a week later, and it's still "in process". I had another pharmacy cancel that order and they filled my prescription in an hour. This Walgreens employs the most despicable, WOKE and entitled pharmacist (or has the most authoritarian pharmacy policy) that I've ever encountered. The good news is - heed this review and you will neverbe frustrated with this pharmacist's condescending and abusive attitude.

I usually don't use Walgreens for my RX's but due to recent circumstances I did. So my RX was called in by my Dr., it was filled, my insurance company was charged $469 (way more than my insurance company is usually charged), and then I was never notified that the RX was ready to pick up. My insurance was charged double what I've been charged in the past and not even a courtesy robocall to tell me it was ready. Service like this is why I don't generally shop at Walgreens.

Every time I go in here for a prescription I am told "oh, We just received it." It's almost their mantra. I'm here to tell you it's dishonest. To test the system I stood next to my NP and watched her send my prescription. I then went to the grocery store And ran an errand. I wasted 30 minutes then called Walgreens and the automated system said they were processing my scrip. I headed for this Walgreens and by the time I got there 45 - 60 minutes had passed total. I walked up to the pharmacy and you know what they told me? You guessed it. " we just received it, just now". I explained why that frustrated me and they said they would rush it but still took them 15 minutes while I had to hang out in the pharmacy with a sick kid. So they are telling me that I can send an email to China in minutes but their dedicated prescription system takes an hour to receive a prescription from a doctor in the same neighborhood. Lies!!!

Anyone who has to take pain medicine please go elsewhere. I'm very sick aNd have been on my medication for 10 years. Today I was trying to get my meds and had this younger girl asking me why I take this? I was also told thAt the manager wanted to speak to my doctor and thought I should take a stronger dose of my extended so he won't fill them til he speaks to him but he won't be back at work for 3 days. First, it's none oF there business why I take these meds and felt very uncomfortable. Second, the manager is nOt my doctor if I wanted him as my dOctor I would hire him. Don't they think that my doc and I already discussed what treatment plan will work best for me!!! I struggle everyday to even get out of bed . I wish I wasn't sick . I'm actually disabled. However there is one lady named Teresa who is very Sweet and apologized for the younger girl asking me questions about mY conditions. Long story short go elsewhere unless you want to be judged I ended up going elsewhere with no problems. Lost my business

My AARP insurance has Walgreens as my preferred Pharmacy. When I use Walgreens they are maybe two times more expensive than if I were to go to another Pharmacy and do cash. I use RX gold or single care for discounts at other pharmacies. Of all the pharmacies local Walgreens is the most expensive. I ordered a prescription of antibiotics. After one week I was not getting well. Pneumonia a very serious condition. I called my doctor I said I'm taking all of them I don't understand he said that's a very strong dose you should be well by now and it turns out Walgreens refilled my prescription at half the dose it said take one a day instead of 2. So I'm take two courses Antibiotics because they refilled the prescription incorrectly. I don't trust them. They don't show you your meds and go through new medicine instructions. I told them I will never use them again. This is a dangerous practice having people that don't know what they're doing. And trying to get through on the phone is a maze
