No one answers the phone, drive up window and drive up ATM closed. Only one teller inside. Also closed on Saturdays. This place needs to close, is of no value... ! Provide bad service you get no customers. I wiill move my accounts elsewhere.... ! Place is bad news.... !

Imagine in the year 2023, walking into this bank wanting to open a simple checking account and getting told "it takes an hour and we only have one person that can help with this and they're busy so you'll need to schedule an appointment for another day."?Atm is destroyed and unavailable in the closed drive thru... management obviously is incapable of basic operations.

Terrible experience, greeted by some person with no customer service experience, takes your name in their tablet, wants account info before you can even make a DEPOSIT.Hope they close this branch and lay off these employees

I scheduled an appointment on-line with a banker for assistance with a wire transfer. The banker, Rosemary, was very polite and extremely helpful. Not only did she address my wire transfer, but made changes to my account so I could do them myself going forward, plus made an introduction to the mortgage banker for another project. Great customer service!

Never again will I go to this branch. My dad and I had to withdraw some money and they basically treated us like criminals because we wanted OUR MONEY. The manger April treated my dad so poorly and made him feel so bad. Since when is it a crime to pull out your own money. This is not the way you should treat your customers!!

We stood in line a very long time as there was one man that had many, many transactions. The second gal Was helping. As a big line formed the second gal, opened her window. A woman in line said; this is what we get, no one wants to work anymore! another said: this bank has gotten really bad. The second lady come to find out is the branch manager as she loudly and rudely told her customer. She was so horrible to this customer and we all in line witnesses this! She went way way over the line. This was obvious abuse! Poor woman gets karma points for putting up with that.

I did not have a bad experience at the branch.. I got a wells fargo cc to do a balance transfer. I owed $1008 on the credit card I was trying to do a balance transfer on .. wells fargo gal transferred $9,600 on an account that was owed $1008... I now have to ask for a check to be cut for $8,559 to pay back to wells fargo. I called in made a complaint and was told they would call me back... Nothing from no one... no emails or any time of reply... But...it is wells fargo... they will screw you every step of the way.. just give them the chance..I will be closing out the account in less than 60 days from opening.. A gal in CC dept named Renetta was giving me all kinds of grief.. even yelling at me and talking over me.. would not help me.. told me I have to call other cc company..I obviously do not need anything from wells fargo...LOSERS..They will probably flag my account now that I have posted bad news... or real news that is.. double the interest or something

I had horrible experiences here. My business account got shut down for a "missing" form two years after opening. Multiple checks then bounced. They could never determine what form was actually "missing" so they had me re-sign everything. I was told they would reimburse me for the fees that the recipients of the checks had to pay (and which we reimbursed them for). In total, it was a few hundred dollars. I took the receipts in to Wells Fargo and was never reimbursed. In addition, our business lost credibility with our suppliers due to all the bounced checks. Also, one teller was extremely rude. When coming to the window she asked "how are you today?" I said "good thanks" and handed her the deposit I was making and she said, "I am good too, thank you for asking"

01.19.2022 - I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 40 yrs; both personally & professionally, and have never experienced such disrespect and condescending attitude I encountered today from a teller at this branch, while trying to make a deposit. I do not understand how or why this employee thought it was okay to treat and yell at someone like this. *This experience does not deserve a star, but one is required to post a review.

I moved to Oro Valley, AZ April of 2019 and have been using this Wells Fargo branch since then. I have always found all the staff to be extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Aside from everyday bank business I have used them to purchase a home and a new car. I have never left this bank not satisfied with my experience.

Atm ate my money about an hour ago and I couldnt get ahold of anyone and still can't. Even the customer service line doesn't have an option and so now, because its night time and the customer service line doesn't have any option for leaving a message or getting in contact with any kind of representative, I'm probably just out a little over $100. I completely get that sometimes technology messes up but there has to be some kind of way to contact or leave a message so people don't get screwed over when my does.

The worst bank in Oro Valley. They have screwed up every single account we have and take zero accountability. There's a sign to wear face masks however it's not enforced, more than half of the customers were not wearing masks and nobody said anything to them. Rosemary hides behind her desk while customers are upset and the bankers screw up accounts, she never comes out to speak the customers.
