I’ve always had a good experience with your products and services, but I’m really disappointed after a recent interaction with one of your sales representatives. I was simply trying to work through an issue and find a solution together, but unfortunately, the representative I spoke to was not only unhelpful but also rude. It seemed like they weren’t interested in assisting me, and after a few attempts to clarify the situation, the call ended abruptly—multiple times.
I understand that everyone can have a bad day, and I don’t want to assume the worst, but I feel that respectful communication and collaboration should always be a priority in customer service. We, as customers, come to you for solutions, and it would mean a lot if every representative took that into consideration, treating each person with the same empathy and professionalism.
I truly hope this feedback is taken to heart, as I want to continue supporting Aaron's and hope future interactions will be more positive. We’re all human, and a little kindness and patience can go a long way.

I had a gentleman order me a stove and I didn’t know I had propane not natural gas. I had called the following day to sort it out the lady who answered was nice at first explaining it could be converted but I would have to pay a fee in person for the company. I completely understood but I live far from page and I was explaining that her tone change she told me I could just talk to the sales guy when it comes in and hung up I wasn’t done asking questions or understood what just happened. I called again she answered I explain that I had more questions and she again said to call Tuesday and talk to the sales rep I spoke up before she hung up and told her to just cancel my order and I am done buying from this store. I can not believe they talk to people like that and think it’s okay to hung up.

I Really Appreciate This Store! Their So Accommodating. They Never Changed My Payments Even After Going Thru 4 Different Couches xD .They Even Brought Our Couch 10 Minutes Before They Were About To Close.(: You Guys Are The Best!!!

I love the Customer service, they give me and how they always help me to find the right couch for my living room. Even when I gone through like 4 couches, they've found the right couch for my living room always nice when I come by and making a payment, they never change my payment .They help me out when I need and can't find what I need ,, I love the washer and dryer that I bought them , I love the customer service always with the welcome to aarons.

Save your money!!! Even if you're desperate, DO NOT buy furniture from Aarons. I'm a single mom widowed and needed help after I moved back to my home town. I bought washer and dryer... dryer broke after 2 months... Couch was delivered broken and I quote " the 2x4 we used to fix it made it more sturdy" it's also broken with a big dip in the seat now... queen bed frame is also broken.. legs that hold up box spring ... coffee table and 2 end table no even usable.. they wiggle really bad and legs are no glued in or screwed... I tried to fix this myself and couldn't...: I would understand if 1 thing went wrong... BUT every piece I bought is crap and 6mos later and 5000$ wasted, I need to replace everything!!!!!!!!! Aarons did nothing but over charge for terrible stuff. Don't waste your money like I did!!

This store Has bad service, I was looking around at the bed sets with my husband and he went to go get someone to ask about the beds and I’m sure the lady saw us when we waved her down to get more info about the bed we wanted. it wasn’t until we had to go straight up to her 5 mins later and ask about the beds then she asked if we needed help and she just told us “whatever you see up front is all we got” and then nothing else no prices of which bed or any beds. This was our first and will be our last, we won’t be coming back ever again!!

The manager Felicia is a very very childish rude person. ((NAVAJO)) WHEN THEY HOLD OFFICE, IN MEDICAL FEILD, OR HAVE SOME SORT OF BADGE!! They don't try to help there own people or educate us they bully US! I just don't understand how Aaron's could have business and returning customers while having that lady apart of their team....
Sorry Aaron's you could do better without her!

Worst customer service and I have been a customer here for years. So I had two ladies( one a supervisor who always has additude and always arguing with you) comes to my door an hour after a miss call and I get home late so I decide to go in Saturday to work my acct but no... they came late at night and instead of kindly talking me about my acct. I get eye rolling and sarcasm. Again It just turned into a huge argument outside my door I don’t think it was even about my acct it was more of threatening with late fee kind of talk and I haven’t even talked to them for 2 minutes. The heated argument let on to me just closing the door on them I can’t compete with two ladies talking over each other and to add more to an unprofessional company they stand ON my porch and make fun of the situation and laugh. So be ready if you buy something here at Arron’s in Page it comes with unprofessional taunting And this ain’t the first heated aregument this supervisor has caused I stood and waited behind a lady trying to get her finacial situation settled but instead she got the same thing eye rolling sarcasm and laughed about afterward. Just be carful.
