“We are incredibly grateful for Robert and the team at Double R Towing & Collision. Our son was on a long road trip to return to college when his vehicle broke down in Page, Arizona. Being so far from home, it was a stressful situation for all of us. Robert and the Double R team stepped in and took wonderful care of both our son and his vehicle. They made sure the vehicle was safely transported all the way to the repair shop in Phoenix, and throughout the process Robert was professional, communicative, trustworthy, and genuinely caring. It meant a great deal to know that our son was being looked after by people who treated him with kindness and respect. They didn’t just take care of the vehicle, they took care of the person. We are so impressed and grateful for Robert and the entire Double R team. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who finds themselves needing help in the Page area.”

“We pulled in on Saturday right better closing and David was amazing. He loaned us a few tools and actually helped us after we sheared off a tire coming to Lake Powell. They did not have the bolts needed so he assured us he would locate some and we could continue our trip. He followed up with us and got us what we needed. We went back today and are successfully on the road back to a Tucson. The world needed more kind people like David. Napa is lucky to have an employee like him. Thank you”

“Ryan did a great job he is friendly and professional. Came in late in the day with a dead battery on our road trip from Texas. Ryan was on the spot and very detailed. He cleaned up our battery bracket and got the new battery in quickly. We were out in less than an hour and they were already busy. Ryan even checked us out at the desk. Thanks to Ryan with great customer service we’re back on the road!”
