Beautiful view of lake powell and surrounding mountains. Clean rooms, with good quality bedding. Helpful staff. Good restaurant with variety of food. Good parking. Easily accessible to rooms. Good experience.

We stayed in building 2 overlooking the marina. The bathroom area was filthy. The carpet was stained and the furnishings were old. The beds were great. Stay in building 4, 5 or 6 if you can. Restaurants were great! Boat tour was fantastic. The big pool felt old and dirty but the little pool was better. Staff was wonderful.

We chose the hotel because of its wonderful location at Lake Powell. The hotel public areas - lobby and restaurants have been renovated. However, the hotel is "tired, " and is need of a complete makeover to bring into the 21st century. The rooms are spacious, but very dated.
