I have never been to visit but I was honored to work with Chris Hardy remotely for one of his special bell creations. I mention to Chris in one of our emails how could (if it was possible) that the bell be mounted on a pole vs just hanging it.Needless to say Chris designed the pole for me!!I’ll be forever grateful to Chis for his talent and professionalism on this project.

I remember being afraid of the steps because I was so little. That was 50+ years ago! We have been visiting Cosanti throughout my life. Bells have been present in every place I have lived. I have gifted bells of all shapes and tones. Weddings, births and recovery from ailments are just a few occasions. Getting to walk with Mr Solari around his home was a special treat. This place is special on so many levels.

I visited Cosanti from Nevada and was pleasantly surprised to be there on the once a year sale. I bought 2 beautiful bells as your employee, Martin?, was so helpful and helped me decide. All are original bells with color and design variations. Beautiful weekend in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale! My husband (an architect) and I met Paolo Soleri at his home there about 15 years ago which made Cosanti very special to me.

Drove to Cosanti while visiting Phoenix with the intent of purchasing one of their beautiful windbells and hopeful I may learn more about the community and Arcosanti while there. I have been super interested in the community for some time and was excited to stop by and learn more and take home one of their unique, beautiful pieces. This was a highlight of my trip.In my 30 minutes on the property, neither I nor the few other customers there were greeted or acknowledged by a single person, though we passed by many. I had somewhat expected a lack of friendliness after reading about people’s experiences at Arcosanti but the complete lack of acknowledgement of customers was still surprising and annoying. The pieces are beautiful and reasonably priced but without any kind of customer service or interaction or really just human decency, I decided not to purchase. The shop is in a residential neighborhood and people who arrive have clearly gone out of their way to go. The least one could ask for is acknowledgement of their presence, maybe even a “thank you for stopping by”. It was a rainy day in the off-season, so everything has been slow, but most businesses have taken that as an opportunity to be extra friendly and helpful, appreciative of the business in a slow season. Not so here apparently.I imagine they’ll be hard pressed to sustain the community off these sales if they can’t bring themselves to even say hello to potential buyers. So disappointed in my experience and that I’m going home empty handed.

Beautiful Arizona Artwork! The chimes are more calming than others sold in nurseries, furniture stores, or tourist shops.

Such a cool place and truly a hidden gem in Phoenix! A must see if you are a lover of art and architecture. Everyone was nice and greeted us with a smile. My husband had a lot of questions about their work, which they happily explained. We were also able to watch them break the molds for the bells they were making. After standing in the 110 degree heat, they welcomed us to stand under their AC lol. Art is reasonably priced. Definitely recommend visiting!

Cosanti Originals is a must see if visiting Scottsdale. The studio and building structure is amazing and the bells are works of art. Highly recommend!

I was visiting my friends in Phoenix recently and on a day she took me for a tour around town, she surprised us by taking us to Cosanti’s. Wow! I love this place! A museum/art gallery. The architecture was out of this world! We watched artists as they removed bells from the mold forms and learned about the process. There are a large variety of bells and other pieces for sale. I’d recommend a visit and purchasing a momento for yourself or a delightful gift for someone.

If you love unique architecture, this is a must see. This is a working artist studio with the most beautiful bells.

Lots of bells in all shapes, sizes, sounds and colours. Being able to view the studio space was quite exciting. Walking around and enjoying the architecture is a great experience in itself. Bells are fairly priced for something that is beautifully handcrafted.

What a great place to take a tour! If you've been to Taliesin West, Cosanti is a must. Also, the bronze bells and earth bells are perfect souvenirs.

I visited Cosanti about 20 years ago so was surprised to see how much the area had developed around it in that time. The art-studio and foundry seemed unchanged. We missed the tour but was a treat for us to get there in time to watch the bells get poured Tuesday morning with the artists listening to the Traveling Wilburys during. Fun and nostalgic for many reasons.

This was an amazing place to visit and be in the presence of such an incredibly creative environment. I will be returning to visit this place again the next time we come to Phoenix.
