“I was so excited when I came upon Over the Top Consignment Shoppe! What an unexpected treasure trove of exquisite porcelain, crystal and jewelry. I purchased a stunning Daum perfume bottle (an absolute show stopper) and a rare Sabino art deco vase (Les Plumes), both in excellent condition. I am still considering two large Herend platters.
