16th Street Laundry is a self-service laundromat with top load standard washers, two large capacity front load washers, and large commercial dryers. It offers an onsite bill changer, soap dispenser, a restroom, a TV, a bulletin board for local advertising, and RV parking. A contact phone number is onsite for assistance. Hours are from 6 AM to 8 PM Monday through Saturday, and 8 AM to 8 PM on Sunday. Payment is in quarters. Reviews present a mixed experience. Many customers find it super clean, very clean, very well kept, affordable, and way less crowded than others in town, calling it a pleasant experience with plenty of machines. The facility and restroom are noted as fairly clean, especially in the early morning. The owner is described as personable and responsive. However, some report significant issues. It has been called the dirtiest laundromat, with filthy shelves and machines needing wiping. Cleanliness may decline later in the day. Several washers and dryers are often broken, with at least a third out of service at any time. Seating is inadequate, with only two small benches. The lack of Wi-Fi, discontinued by the owner due to network abuse, is a point of strong criticism. While it has a consistent customer base, the overall condition depends heavily on maintenance and time of visit.
Not many options but it was pretty clean. Older but all of the washers and dryers were working. Cheaper than laundry in Quartzite.

The laundry was clean and cheerful. Was not expensive.3$ covered one load of laundry, was and dry. I do have a concern about people doing drugs in the bathroom. Street person with a backpack was in the bathroom for 20 plus minutes.
