“Saturday night, Last night & this morning were tuff. I had a front left tire blow out in tx. A local truck company assisted me. Then I blew my second tire front right . Once again , last night , it's dark in the middle of lonely 62. After calling many local tire & roadside service no help only expensive quotes. So, after waiting for all business to open i began once again calling asking searching for tire & rim. Getting nothing i need. 1 last call, in frustrated tears & no sleep someone referred me to J & M Tires . Maria answered, greated me with care, listening to me in concern & willingness to help. Asked me to hold on while she's spoke with her husband on inventory, offered to get her son ( jesus ) at his nearby shop to help me then sending him with everything we might need to fix anything more. I met a Beautiful family in business working hard , together safely , swift without further time lost on this set back. They didn't price gouge either. What a Blessing they are to this little town ! I will save contact INFO. REFERRING BIZ. TO THEM. THEY ANSWERED MY PRAYERS.”
“I was in a bind traveling cross country. I needed my old carrier bearing on my truck pressed out and new one pressed in. All the other local shops I reached out to wanted to take advantage of my situation and price gouge me. Crit auto shop were extremely reasonable on costs and they were very pleasant to deal with. Grateful to find an honest shop in a world of theives. Highly recommend.”

“Awesome!I went in for a temperature sensor sending unit and walked put with what I really needed.... an impeller.Last weekend my Chaparral overheated and I never thought it could be an impeller, but after the guys at the desk walked me through my situation, they made me feel confident that it was the impeller.It was.When I pulled the old one, I found half of it chomped up, making sense to the low idle high temp situation I was having.Most parts stores would have sent me out the door quickly with a potential long list of diagnosing this and that, but they took the time to pull a water pump they had on the wall, take it apart, match-up the impeller and o ring and show me how simple the impeller change is.Now that I know how to do it, changing my impeller will be an annual thing when I change the oil in the spring pre lake season.I couldn't thank the guys enough!I forgot their names but it was the redhead and the height challenged bearded guy (sorry about the junk descriptions).I will only go there in the future for local parts needs and couldn't recommend them enough.”

“Got an appointment quickly. My truck was taken in on time. Oil change and filter were done and a starting problem diagnostics required two new batteries, which were replaced. Also I was able to purchase a single windshield washer jet to replace a broken one. It was installed for me.

“asked for ac freon recharge said they can do it but were booked until a week I know times can be busy so I YouTube it bought a can of freon pro from auto zone and did it in 5min so I was a little hesitant on review but sometimes hearing the public helps and this was an easy service an should have not been past up!!!”

They made sure everything was fixed and one of their mechanics actually lived in Havasu and gave me a ride back to Parker.!!!! Great customer service, and very knowledgeable staff!!!
