Today I went to that post office and was able to pick up three packages that I had sent their general delivery a week ago, so I was really surprised to find that they were pretty nice seeing how they have a bunch of negative reviews. However this evening when I went to track the package I've been waiting 2 weeks to receive they rejected it and sent it back to Tennessee, these people are atrocious, God awful hateful pieces of s.

Worse experience ever!!! I was there to renew my lost passport. The woman behind the counter was rude and condescending. (Clerk#3). Kept threatening me that if I was not done on time she will cancel my appointment. ( I had to fill the application again). She was making me so nervous. She criticized me for not renewing my Canadian passport. I have dual citizenship. She had a smirk on her face when I told her that I didn’t because I couldn’t afford it. None of her business. She had a comment about having too many addresses. I have 2. One permanent and one mailing. I had to refrain myself from telling her to drop the attitude. I was shaking and on the verge of tears and seemed enjoying herself seeing me like this. I told her that I need my passport because my father will more likely to pass away very soon in Canada but that didn’t phase her at all. I am not sure my paperwork is done properly… I will never go back there. This woman should absolutely not work with the public. That happened at Parker post office on California street. If my application is denied, I will be very upset. Not sure she did a good job at verifying the application. She should be fired

Let me start with I had to renew my passport which was expired for five years since 2017, but I originally received my passport in 2007, in which by 2022 my passport was actually 15 years old, but only expired for 5 years.I was looking for a post office to renew my application, but I quickly found out, and realized since we live in a digital world most everything is done online which I am inept when it comes to electronics. So needless to say I went to 6 different post offices, and everyone told me the same thing. I know my passport needed to be renewed, but with my limited knowledge and know how navigating computer, apps, & IT in general I was at a lose. One day I was in Parker AZ, and decided to stop in, and ask about passports. Much to my surprise they told me I didn't need an appointment for passport renewal applications (blue application) but I did need an appointment for the 1st time application or any passport 15 years since original issue of a passport (brown application).Which brings me to the climax of my story since I didn't know all of this information.I had to make another appointment fill out the brown application pay a $35 processing fee and my original passport fee was held & applied to the second process, and b ou w I wait another 6-9 weeks for my passport to arrive.

Post Master should retire or be fired! Amazon sent a package to my RV address and spc# I've been receiving packages all winter. Went to the post office Friday the clerk, Randy, took my information and said they would ask the delivery driver. Never got a call! Monday returned to the office and I enquired again about my package. Postmaster said he was going to go out to the RV park and see if it was in my box that i didn't have a key to. No call! However, I did receive a 2 package of the 4 orders i had arriving this week, on my steps. This postmaster was never quietly addressing me at the window however loudly speaking all the while looking over my shoulder at the customers in line as of he had an audience listening to him address me! He asked a question, condescending, and i just stood there thinking if i should jump down his throat or remember that I was wearing my work uniform and what i was representing by it. He then asked me if I understood what he was saying. Jackass! I decided to go back to the original request that he just find my package for me please. I left. Blood pressure throbbing and frustrated so far as to look into blocking all merchant's who used the USPS for delivery. Very unhappy with the level of tolerance, customer service and interest in this Post office management.

I was impressed with my visit to this post office. Needed to go to parker so I stopped on in to mail some posters to California. It was busy although they got through the line quickly. The counter help was very courteous, professional, and speedy. Was in and out quickly. If you need any postal service this is a nice and clean post office.

Friendly people and generally the best shipping service in town. I would say they are tied with FedEx in reliability and repeatability in shipping. I appreciate the services they provide.

Please do your job and scan in prepaid packages. The level of service should not be decreasing along with the increasing rates.
